The "rabbit hole" in the industry is much deeper than what we see on top of the surface. Celebrities live in a "different world, as opposed to "everyday common folk" who work a 9 to 5.

Great video! I'm always so thrilled to see when you have released another video because your story telling and overall respect for the artist is always so evident. I've always loved Martin Lawrence and really admire the ownership he has taken over his past deeds. Some of the psychosis may have been down to sleep deprivation as well, that can really mess things up if other things are going on. Light and continued Blessings to you!

I knew people …co workers and family members over the years…who knew Martin Lawrence from Washington DC and Prince George’s County, Maryland before he moved to NYC and made a name for himself on the stand up comedy chitlin circuit…they said that he was a heavy drug user…it wasn’t just weed , it was “ Boat” or “ Sherm”…allegedly…he used to party hard and coincidently he was once was engaged to Lark Voorhies who has been known to have similar mental problems…coincidence or not?!?
I was thinking heavy drug use too,not surprised tho. Martin was doing similar things Richard Pryor did on his drug binges,then joked about in his comedy routine.

Martin was a boxer before he was a comedian/actor. I know a lot of older people like myself remember when Thomas *”Hitman”* Hearns was on the show *“Martin”* but people don’t know that Martin was a sparing partner for Hearns for a while. Now I’m a former collegiate/professional football player, I had several concussions throughout my career. Sometimes I have very bad anger, and when I feel like I’m going to turn violent I go outside and tell my family just leave me alone and stay away from me. My son drew a picture of *”Incredible Hulk”* and said that I reminded him of the hulk. That broke me, never was violent towards my family. My daughters will tell you that I’m their big ole teddy bear that they love to hug. The reason why my son said that because once something really triggered me and I went outside into my garage and I punched my punching bag that I use for working out and I hit it so hard that it broke the chain and fell to the ground. I knew that I needed to get help, so I turned to the same clinic in Pittsburgh that Iron Mike Webster and Will Smith made a movie about and found out that I had brain damage to my frontal lobe which control emotions. That explains my pain at times on one side of my head and anger or just pure rage. Now I’m taking cannabis treatment and I haven’t had any attacks since 2022 so it’s been a year and some change.
I believe Martin is suffering from concussion issues and CTE like me and hundreds of former athletes. His symptoms sound very similar to what I suffer from, hopefully someone will reach out to him and get him tested
