I haven't watched the interview, but based off of this video, kudos to the interviewer for showing respect. They said he asked Will most of the questions to give Martin a break. Not everyone is that respectful

I was born in the 80s and grew up watching Martin Lawrence. I love his work as an actor and a comedian. He’s a great talent. He has helped push a lot of other people get their start. I wish the best for him.
