Part of me is hoping that John isn’t dead but it’s probably a wrap for Keanu and these movies
I loved this movie and loved this review. I have the instinct to fight your criticisms because I'm so attached to this movie but they were all valid points. Just didn't take away from the movie for me. I'd still love to see you guys to a martail arts movies episode. You can talk about Hong Kong movies then the renaissance with The Raid, Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa, John Wick and stuff like that.

Most underrated moment in this movie was John Wick doing donuts around a group of bad guys and just lighting them up

I thought this movie was epic! Nothing better than watching Keanu Reeves be Keanu Reeves and absolutely merc-ing people. Even tho it was 3hrs it didn’t lose my attention once. Wick kills on average around 100ish people a movie. WILD!

Hiroyuki Sanada is probably my favorite Japanese actor. He steals the show in every scene.

Only parts of the movie I didn’t like, John didn’t say bye to his puppy 😢. And we never got to see his mustang again 😢
He must return because he never got his wedding ring back. Once he gets that ring back he’ll have his part of Hellen back and he can finally die. Plus I just wanna see him hunt down his ring by finding and killing the members of the high table one by one working his way to the last. My only criticism with these since the first one is that there’s not enough bits where John has time to pause and have time to himself so we can get some good drama moment from Keanu, either while he’s traveling to a new location, tending to his injuries ect where he can be reminiscing about Hellen and that can just show he’s now driven even more. I miss those bits from the first and that kissing of the photo of Hellen from inside the library book. I led also love to see someone like Mads Mikkelsen or Jeremy irons as members of the high table if there’s a 5th one 🤞🤞

Its not that John wick is unreleastic the nit comes to getting shot with bullets... he just has video game health

Keanu Reeves is just such a good guy. I have ALWAYS liked him. I was maybe 12 or 13 when the first Bill & Ted came out! I loved that movie. All of his movies or at least most are really good. He does have some duds but I will forgive him for those. I also feel my favorite John Wick was the first film in the franchise bc of the story. And, I loved when he says” Yeah, I think I’m back” I LOVE that line. I never really understood the Matrix movies. I’m old so give me a break, please. My all time favorite movie of Reeves is River’s Edge… it isn’t action but SO GOOD. Everyone should check it out. And, you are welcome😊

I think they did the whole setup thing for other projects in a very subtle but obvious way. It didn’t take away from the movie too much so I thought it was fine

I dont care abt the action even if its so good

And if there are no stakes
The black guy always switching up between helping and killing wick
Bill skarsgard's character is as generic villain as they come
Also some action setpieces are repetitive
Go on for too long
Dont get me wrong
Like bird's perspective sequence is awesome and stuff
Stairs sequence is good ig
But feels like a parody
Like the whole film
Doesnt take itself as seriously as previous ones
Or at least the first one
Dog pissing on the dead guy is mcu phase 4 typa humour
But this is just my opinion
