I really needed to hear that. Being highly anxious it’s so hard to take risks, for me and my mind it’s so much easier to play it save but I deep down know I want to experience everything that comes into my life without overwhelming myself. But I know this is my year to just live for myself and prioritize my dreams and needs and do not restrict myself. Everything is possible!
Hey Holly ! Loved this video as usual ..... This year was a roller coaster for me, I had so many ups and downs ...But now it all seems worth it. After watching your recent video I also decided to go through all my photos that I took this year and that made me realise how much fun I had and I am so excited for the new year. I feel exactly the same way! This year has been such a big one for me and I’ve experienced a lot, but it’s super nice to look back on it all and get excited for 2023 🎉😉✨
This video has really encouraged me to take risks. I used to take a lot of risks in my 20’s travelling and trekking and sky diving. But since I got ill in my 30’s I’ve lost that risk factor :(

I love this video. I really needed this! I've recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I really don't want it to hold me back but sometimes I really just need a reminder like this to push myself a little bit :) also I was wondering when you started tutoring, did you do that on your own or through another company/ organisation? xx

A lot of the ideas presented in your video are covered in "Die with Zero." If people mesh with Holly's points, here is a good reference to deep dive on her ideas. It is a great book IMO.

Important to acknowledge that you only able to do a lot of these because of your privilege's... a lot of people cannot, or the risk is too large. Physically, yes, some might be able to, but they don't have a family home and support to fall back on, so it's not wise to just "play the risk card".
Bigger the risk, bigger the reward.
If you would think this small of yourself, you wont see yourself succeed. Why not think instead what you have and work your way with it. Be resourceful.
Not sure if you watched the full video, but I did say this and acknowledge it! And I also mentioned that a ‘risk’ looks very different to everyone!

@@fayeyuzon Absolutely. Though some people have to factor in keeping themselves physically safe. Whether that be access to shelter or food. It is also a privilege to have enough confidence to take risk; that often stems from your earliest years and as we know, not everyone was raised in a nurturing & healthy environment that fosters confidence.

Holly, risks are not something which I do not want to take nor try no matter how old I am because I do not want utter disasters to happen.

I struggle with the idea of it being a risk if you are able to take it. Is it really a risk (like something could have a really bad outcome) if you are in a situation with little responsibility and lots of "being able to mess up"? If there is a safety net is it really that dangerous? Not trying to confront you for anything particular, just thinking about it 🤔
