I definitely get night sweats from time to time!! Usually when I bundle up cold then overheat and wake up drenched in sweat and then cold because I’m sweaty and sticking to the covers. So you’re not the only one 😂

I had night sweats when my ED was/is bad and also in recovery.
Same - I think it’s bc when you start to eat more at the beginning of recovery your body doesn’t know what to do with the extra energy so it releases it as heat
for me, i definitely think it's related to my hormones!
@@Elena-pq8yp I’ve heard that it’s because your body prioritises food over sleep. So when you start feeding your body it wants to stay awake bc there might be more food. Before there was no food anyway.
