Replaced my Rigid with this pup.. I was happy with it, but was sold with the cordless aspect of the Ego, a bit overpriced, but I could use an extra battery with my other EGO tools. The only problem I had were the hose end attachments became detached when vacuuming or when pulling the vacuum around by the hose, I could fix by reattaching the ends with some gorilla glue, maybe the original glue became brittle in heated storage… I’m still happy with it😊
It’s very cool. If I didn’t already have 2 wet/dry vacs. Corded and cordless. I would seriously consider this one. Too bad they didn’t make this a a hybrid vac (battery/corded). Maybe the 2nd version of this vac. Normally it is good advice to never buy the 1st version/model of a product, especially so when it comes to a brand new model of a vehicle.

Really like ego, just got some new tools from them. Would be good idea like my bosch to have a receiver to turn it on with mitre saw when trigger pulled also other tools when you start machine, and shut down when you stop.
I think they really missed the mark with this. They should have included a HEPA filter and they should have built the charger into the vacuum and included a power cord.
