Hi! Loved to see your haul! Just wanted to mention that unfortunately, that sauerkraut is canned after the fermenting process, so it no longer has probiotic benefits... True raw probiotic sauerkraut is found in the refrigerated section as it is not shelf stable at roof temperature. I hope that's helpful and blessings to your family! ❤️

Hi dear I’m glad you’re back with content. If you ever come across 6 bean blend it’s canned but so good I use it in chili con carnie in stead of just red kidney beans. Open the can give a good rinse and dump so good. Looks like you got a ton of great deals. If it’s not to much more work prices would be nice. But if that’s just to much work no worries I’m still enjoying.

Try the Raw sourkraut from costco its a huge jug for 7.00 i think? It has not been cooked or pasteurized so all the probiotics are still in. The kind you got wont gave the healthy probiotics because it has been cooked. I love watching all your videos!
