Man I wanted to see Julia, Joe and Bart be the werewolves and minion! That'd be a cool team and I know it'd be interesting to watch.
Wild. Tiff had herself so convinced she was still Minion that even after it was confirmed Bart wasn't lying and she wasn't Minion, Tiff still went in for a winners-high-five with Nikki, the real Minion. The fact that Nikki claimed as Seer she couldn't remember the order of the middle cards (almost for sure to throw off her forgetting which order Seer and Dunk go and making Joe's claim that Drunk was a specific card too much of a coincidence) then switching to claiming Werewolf seemed like a Minion move (but easy to say knowing she was in fact the Minion). Tiff has OK sense with other players, but throw Nikki in the mix and Tiff's tendency to just trust Nikki will get things messed up. Good job Bart.

i love tiff but since she was minion, she already knows who is bad (liars), so there was no need for her to not trust Bart unless he's just being a wild card and Nikki acting minion should have been obvious to her. Civilians would have won right off the bat if she just realized that and reveals the werewolf.
A strategy by the Troublemaker is to say you swapped people you didn't really swap. The idea being you get a Werewolf/Minion to give up their teammates. Generally though a Troublemaker is going to eventually reveal who they really swapped. And as you said Nikki acting Minion, but more importantly being suspicious of Tiff when Tiff first claimed Insomniac should have helped her believe Bart's story.
She got confused since Nikki suddenly started acting like a werewolf/minion after thinking she was seer, if you dont know that she was an insomniac it wont make sense why she would do that. For all she knows Nikki could have been the robber and robbed Josh's card. Not trusting Bart and Nikki's weird behaviour is probably why she just decided to stick to minion.

But Tiff doesn't know if Bart is telling the truth. If Bart was lying then Tiff would have just outed her own team. Which isn't to say she played it well, just that she played it in a logical way based on her mindset.

Bart's Logic is correct, but Tiff can't trust anyone but herself and the Werewolf. Bart could have been lying to Tiff and Nikki saying he switched their cards, but he didn't. That's why the troublemaker role is a tough one to Minions/Werewolf. He could be lying to gain information and then when he gets enough, he reveals who he truly picked.
It's a double edge sword, because then they could call him the minion and no one will believe him. It's the risk you take when you're troublemaker. Do you lie and pretend you switched someone when you didn't to get information? Or risk no one believing you when you finally tell the truth?
@@cloudcloudly Yes but Bart never changed his story. If he was lying, he would say so in the last couple minutes and inform them who he truly switched. Tiff could have come out at the (literally) last minute and reveal what she was because at that point Bart was 99% telling the truth.
@@cloudcloudly Yeah there's absolutely no reason for a town member (which she KNOWS is true) to be lying. There's only two possible scenarios where he could be. One is if Bart was Robber and robbed Josh's card. In this scenario, it didn't matter if Bart was lying about switching cards as when Tiff reveals the WW as Josh Bart's the one who has it. The other scenario is if Bart was the troublemaker and switched himself with Tiff or Nikki two players he found suspicious and didn't want to reveal that he is now potentially an evil role. Here, if Nikki was switched with Bart then Bart is insomniac and Tiff outed her WW. If Bart switched with Tiff then Tiff is a town and outed a WW to win. However once Nikki started acting evil it was obvious she either has Tiff's minion card (more likely since TIff's card has been claimed to switch) or Nikki got Josh's card. Either way you point out Josh is WW and win the game.
@@niki7876 neither of those scenarios make sense to me and they're random. She also didn't know he was a townperson that was her whole point of sticking with minion. His story also adds up with Joe's which both go against Nikki's which is later confirmed when she turns heel. Tiff should've caught this and gave Josh away as WW and the town win.

Huh? What do you mean no way? Just because you are a villager doesn't mean you don't or even shouldn't lie. If you tell the truth 100% of the time as villager you are probably losing lots of games. If you have a role that gets to swap other roles a strategy is to lie about it to lure out members of the other team. It also could potentially provide you an out later on should it be revealed that your role was swapped and are now a member of the opposite team.

@@keithramoran The thing is though Tiff didn't know Bart wasn't Werewolf. The Minion only wakes up with the Werewolf at the beginning of the game. Meaning Tiff only knew Josh was Werewolf at the beginning. She didn't necessarily know who Werewolf was at the end.
For all she knew Nikki was Robber and robbed Josh thus becoming a Werewolf. If she believed Bart then that would mean she's still on Nikki's team, but now she is a Werewolf and Nikki is a Minion.
And hell, Bart could have had Robber and robbed Josh or even Tiff and then claimed Troublemaker and said he switched Tiff and Nikki. Granted, that's a bit risky since you don't know if there was a Troublemaker that will call you out. Still, even if you claimed Robber you are taking a risk because you are going to have to say what someone else's card was (since you're not going to say you robbed the Werewolf) and they could call you out on it.
So yes, there's plenty of reasons why someone that wasn't Werewolf at the start of the game could be lying.

This game doesn't make any sense, it should have ended with the village winning. Tiff knows who the bad guys are: Her and Josh. She for sure knows Bart is NOT the bad guy, so therefore he should and can be trusted. If he said he switched Tiff and Nikki's card, why would she question Bart's motive??? All she had to do was like ok, well Nikki is now minion and I saw Josh's thumb. Easy Peezy. Village Wins. I thought Tiff is going to get there at some point....kind of like when Casey played and in the final seconds he called out Geo as being the werewolf (a while back).

That's the beauty of the Troublemaker role. You DON'T have to tell the truth who you switched. You can pretend you switched two different people. That's why Tiff didn't originally name call Josh. At the end, she admitted she forgot Nikki said she's the werewolf, that was an honest mistake.

Sure Bart may lie in the beginning to try and get more information, but eventually he would reveal the truth. By sticking to his story until the very end, any person in Tiff's position would know that he's telling the truth.

It was simple logic. There are 2 negative roles in the game. One is a weresolf (Josh) and another is Tiff (Minion). After Bart said he switched the roles and Nikki started playing shady that means she got the minion card. Bart can't possibly be messing around because there are only two negative roles.

Yes he would have. Bart cannot be trusted very often. If he's not the bad guy he is usually trolling. You can trust Bart to be lying 99% of the time. Minor Nit: The onscreen prompt says to skip to 4:18 to play along. At 4:18 is an onscreen message saying Nikki as the insomniac now sees she is Minion. 4:28 would have been a better time to not spoil this info.
Exactly, had I not known I would’ve never known Tiff could’ve end the game once Bart came out.
you can’t blame tiff tho. she couldn’t believe bart bc she was so confused why nikki was playing “as minion” too since she couldn’t have seen her card if bart did switch them. tiff didn’t think of nikki being insomniac, hence the reason why nikki knew that she’s the new minion.

I thoroughly enjoy JKP videos that have Bart, Joe, Nikki, Tiff and Steve. Videos without them are ok BUT something about having this crew featured gives me a warm fuzzy feeling in my soul.
