To begin...I NEVER stop...and don't run plates. And here's why:
When you pull over, here is what happens:
-Tickets...costly tickets in a shitty economy.
-Higher Insurance Rates.
-You get ID'd...now they know you AND your bike.
-Points on your license.
Bonus-You get to pay tolls.
Without a plate...none of that happens. Pure freedom.
Isn't it ironic, the one thing that is supposed to be a pure form of freedom...actually isn't?

I’ve said it before don’t ride your motorcycle unless it’s registered and tagged how difficult is that to understand. And how do you not carry your wallet with your I.D or drivers license 😂 I tell you some bikers or motorcyclist are not street smart or smart in general.

I go full legal, but I do have a friend who does not. Whenever anyone asks him, “do you have a motorcycle license” he says, “you stop for cops???” and leaves it at that 😂

That first guy... going 20 over in a 70, doesn't have ID on his person, no tag, and had the bike for a year and never registered it. Total genius combination. That cop was cool as hell for giving him the break of a lifetime.

that last clip, the cop reminded me of a funny story.
see it was the day of me being in government for a day, state government. i was a "page" at the TN state legislature in nashville. when we got done, me, my dad and my grandma all got LOST and trying to find our car. i kept telling my dad to check the parking garage, but of course he didn't really listen to me.. being a youngin and all.
so we went to the THP. cops were actually super cool, gave me some sweets to take home, took my dad to find the car, sure enough it was in the only parking garage at the time, and sure enough it was parked right there. the cops were really cool back then. its only been 12 years and they really went downhill.
That first cop was the coolest.

I would much rather watch 15 minutes of cool cop interactions than 15 minutes of speeding bikes running. This is much more entertaining plus it gives a lot of insight on how to interact with law enforcement. Face it, most riders will eventually have contact with them at some point.

For real, Cali Moto Police are the chillest mfs. Obviously don't provoke them by doing wheelies with no tags, but they are generally the last ones to mess with you and give you a hard time without a reason.

I've never seen a motorcycle on the road in the Netherlands without a plate.

I couldn't find free parking spot, so I parked on private parking place. 15 minutes later when I came back from grocery shop the ticket was already there. You NL guys have fast police & fast neighbours

When a cop runs your plate does he have accès to your driving record? Does he know if you own a motorcycle licence or not?
No registration, no insurance, no license, color doesn't match the bike, VIN sticker barely on. It's cool.

3:55 no drivers license on him, no registration, which means no insurance. I call bs that he "hasn't had time", as it takes about 30 minutes to register a vehicle/motorcycle in Alabama as long as you have all the right paperwork and insurance, start to finish. Smh

For all he knew that bike could have ben stolen or put together with stolen parts, However maybe he did find the vin number and all was good but to not hand out even one ticket for all those violations, sorry but that's just not doing your job officer. Dude was lucky indeed. Oh and then he just ignores the jay walker walking across 4 lanes of traffic not giving a care in the world to all the cars like what the heck, that officer needs some discipline, seems like he is there just to collect a paycheck and not actually enforce anything.
Have you heard of this thing called *reasonable articulable suspicion* (RAS)? That means there has to be specific and articulable facts rather than some vague suspicions that the vehicle is stolen or that stolen parts were used. A cop can't just arbitrarily decide that he thinks stolen parts were used and then spend the day checking for them. The cop did his job, he checked the VIN, it didn't come back as stolen, it was all good.
Cops don’t have to hand out tickets to everyone for everything; they’re allowed to use discretion. However, in your case, since you want them to do their job, I hope they pull you over and ticket you for every infraction you make. Then, after a couple thousand dollars in tickets, you may begin to understand discretion and realize maybe cops don’t have to write a ticket for everything.

I never said it was stolen I said it could have been but obviously the officer checked the vin or at least we hope he did as it’s not really shown in the video and to not have any of that stuff and be on a public road way and screwing around at that (doing the wheelie) and to not get at least one ticket, yes in my opinion is not doing your job as an officer as that is going way beyond officer discretion. Go dry your tears and whenever I do get pulled over I do get tickets because it’s for something I should not have done which so far has just been speeding as I obey all the other laws like registration, having my license on me, not acting like a fool on a busy road etc etc. and when I do get tickets I take care of them like we’re supposed to. So sorry to say but you wishing for me to get tickets does not bother me in the slightest as I’m sure you were hoping. Dry those tears and move on, tomorrow will be here soon and it will be a new day. 😂
