Dude at 2:40 trying to act like he doesn't know you can't use your flashers like that, trying to act like he doesn't know you can't use the carpool lane like that, trying to act like he doesn't know he can't change lanes without signaling...
Guys like him are why cops don't trust people that actually don't know some of the more minor things and make small mistakes.
You're probably right, but in Arizona you enter the car pool lane whenever and wherever you want. The fist time I drove in CA I was completely surprised to find that the carpool lanes are totally different. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but it seemed more dangerous to me; one more thing to pay attention to when I was concentrating on avoiding the cars pulling in front of me if I dared to leave a couple car lengths between me and the vehicle in front.
To be fair I went to 2 different riders courses and they said you could. This was a first I've seen. I've never split with hazards on because I think it's kinda goofy, but I specifically remember these instructors telling us we could split with hazards. Glad I never did it lol.
02:04 this dude clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. Slow on the up take..
this is the end product of a U.S MSF course
@@oddjobtriumph1635 It's not like we don't see the same behavior from bikers from every country on the planet, especially European ones.
Yeah 100%. The way the cop was trying to lead him in the right direction was so funny “if you wouldn’t do it in a car… why is *this* any different”
Dummy kept trying to defend himself instead of just being like “yeah… I know man, that’s my bad. We don’t get special privileges”
Really surprised the cop let him off after still arguing it. Figured he was looking for the right answer to decide whether to ticket or not
the first guy lmaoo
He was booking it😂😂😂😂
That parking guy will write the ticket anyway. Rider will find out in 6 months that they have been convicted and owe money to the city.... lol
Silver Rider acts as if he's one taco short of a combo plate. Beside the fact he could lie himself out of a wet paper bag.
Awesome video ❤
Cool cops episode.
Traffic laws in America are dumb.
4:00 lane shareing, splitting, and filtering are all legal in cali. Its literally in the rule book, test, and taught in the MSF course.
Cop is right, you're still not allowed to cross over the double solids into the car pool lane. They both handled this situation well though. Cop was respectable, he was respectable and that goes a long way.
The biker knew what he was doing was wrong. He was just trying to come up with excuses on the fly that would keep him from getting a ticket.
@Isaac_132 I'm not arguing what he did was right or wrong, what he did is wrong, im arguing the statement of we don't allow splitting but allow sharing. Thats a false statement. You can split, filter, and share. And the rule books explain whene where and how.
@dcsteve7869 oh yeah, I'm not arguing what he did is wrong or right because he's wrong, I'm arguing what the cop said with the lane sharing. You can split, filter, and share in cali. The rule book explains when, where and how.
@@Genod3500 My bad, the OP was talking about the lane splitting/sharing thing. I got distracted and was thinking about his other traffic violations.
Very good very nice😮
12:00 I wonder what the fitness test in that department looks like. You have to be able to run a mile in under 2 hours. You have to be able to do 50 pushups, over the course of a week. You must be able to walk down a flight of stairs while keeping your heart rate below 170 beat per minute.
😂😅😂😅😂😅
They probably are not that picky seeing how no one wants to be a cop anymore with all the crap people give them, so they probably just try to hang on to the ones they already have by any way possible.
All super cool cops
4:13 I don’t got that money to spare.
Hard times we living
Why is like, 50% of the videos involving cops and bikes in US, it's about license plates?
That wouldn't fly anywhere else. In Europe, your bike gets impounded on the stop.
Because there are a lot of factors that go into it. they plate could fall off, someone could steal it, maybe you didn't get the plate in the mail yet so its paper, you could be test riding the bike, etc. It wouldn't be fair to immediately impound it.
@@declanmainz6768 here it is your responsibility to keep your license plate ON the bike properly. Sure it could fall off during a ride, im sure there must be something the law can be flexible about. But its not a secret some US riders, mostly those youtubers, have special hinges or other modifications that keep the plate hidden and the police dosent seem to care much. If the police see such devices here on the plate, the bike is gone to the impound.
Also, "paper" license plates arent a thing here. You cannot, legally, ride it out off the dealership without the permanent plate attached already, most wont even give you the bike until it is plated.
I'm just saying the laws around license plates are allot more flexible and loose in some us states than europe
@@Napoleon_Blownapart How about stop complaining and just move to the US?
I don’t understand how you can obtain a bike worth tens of thousands of dollars but you can’t pay $12 a month in insurance and $24 for registration for the year…..smh
Here we go again TOUCH MY BIKE YOU GOT PROBLEMS!!!!! Cop or not
Don't let the cops bully you and know your rights
never talk to the cops. you are only giving them information.
Psyche the key is welded into the slot
Why are you being extra safe? That's illegal to be extra safe..
The silver rider rides again is dumb af.
0:40 - LOL keep digging that hole buddy.🤣 sigh...every biker that has their plate flipped up knows exactly why they have it that way. Period. To the one biker that did not have his plate on the bike I would have said next time I see this bike I better see the plate as well or I'll be writing you a ticket.
First guy lol you’re really trying to meet the quota if you’re giving a ticket for a bike on the “sidewalk” . I know it’s not practical but most cops don’t give a f about it
3:56 This CHP officer does not know the laws and terminology that he's charged with enforcing. In California, they call it "lane splitting" in the law (CA Veh. Code Section 21658.1), and it specifically says that "lane splitting" is when a rider travels BETWEEN two lanes of traffic moving in the same direction. This CHP officer calls it "lane sharing," which is completely wrong, and then says that you don't ride on the line between lanes, which is completely incorrect again. He is completely wrong in what he's saying in that instance. He IS correct in that we riders are not allowed to lane split on solid lines, only dashed lines...but you know what? I see CHP motorcycle officers splitting between the HOV and left lane of normal traffic all the time.
That guy was a new rider and the CHP is giving him bad information...that's a problem.
You nail it. Unless they recently changed something, the last thing I recall that's correct.
good to see CHP catching the real criminals. guys that share lanes and drift into the HOV lane. Gettem boys !
He should get a ticket just for running flashers while moving! People who do that are brain dead.
@@erhan28that’s common place in a lot of places and countries, specially ahhh that time out day where the sun blinds drivers, it does help gain some visibility.
@@erhan28 i didnt realize that the PD cleaned up all the streets, caught all the looters, and stopped the smash and grabs
Motor pool's job is literally traffic enforcement. Thats what he was doing. If you are mad about "all the criminals" stop voting for liberal city leaders, DAs, and governors who let the criminals back out onto the streets. Cops can bust those guys over and over again but they are let right back out.
@@zx10bk Blame the city leaders and the DAs who let them go? Don't like it, stop voting for liberal democrats.
Wasn't even much in this video. Like 5-6 vids. Usually there's more than 12
It’s wintertime ❄️
The first guy getting a ticket and run away and then some bikers complained about dirty officers jajajajajaja life is like that if i don't show respect im not going to expect to them to show respect to me
I think the issue is that there's a difference in what respect means: Sometimes people use the word to mean treating someone like a human, and others use the word to mean treating someone like an authority figure. The problem arises when some people, who are used to being treated like an authority SAY "If you don't respect me, I won't respect you", but what they MEAN is 'If you don't treat me like an authority figure I won't treat you like a human'.
doing 0 miles for every like this gets
Halo
What do you do for a dislike then? Run 10 miles maybee
@@Cesarius894 🤣🤣🤣
Get a job lil nuga
First guy will get a ticket and a charge of evading police since the officer had the plate already.
I don't think there's anything that keeps from staying to get a parking ticket. They'll mail it to him. However there can be an additional fee for that. The cop could tack on additional tickets like reckless driving and improper turn for the stuff he did from running from the cop.
So that's not a real cop, so that ticket means fuck all.
No, he won't be charged with fleeing/evading. That was a security guard who has no lawful ability to detain or write tickets. All the security guard can do is take down the plate and report it to actual police.
@@Isaac_132 I see, my bad.
Its funny you assume he even has a plate
Does anyone else hate when cops pull the keys??
👇
can they do that ?? would they do that to a car ??
@@fxdx68I've only seen it done once with a car. But the driver was drunk off his a§§.
@@RacerX-bv9io here in France, your car is like your home, cops can't touch it without warrant or obvious crime.
@@fxdx68 4th Amendment of the USA constitution says the same. But not all cops abide by the oath they swore to the constitution.
Lets put it this way. The guy already ran from a cop just giving him a parking ticket. Wonder why cops take keys from bikers....
TSRRA is a very bad lyer, you can see that how he tries to explain but stammers a lot, then he says US and WE motorcycle riders, to appeal to the cop, as in were all the same type of people.
is it me or is it that these police officers are stupid and failed their training in trying to explain something or do they not understand the laws they are meant to enforce. Also, the officer does have $500 to spare how else does he pay his bills and such, what does it he make a week about $1400+ a week or something
How much you you actually think they make? This was from a quick google search: "Patrol Officers made a median salary of $65,790 in 2022. The best-paid 25% made $84,520 that year, while the lowest-paid 25% made $50,210". and living in California makes it even worse and also cops are people too they have debt and bills just like everyone else so it is possible he may not have $500 to spare depending on his spending habits rent/mortgage etc etc... Also from another quick search: "Typical home price in California: $760,526 (217% of typical U.S. price)"
I don't understand why so many people are riding without license plates in a country like the USA where cops may have a light finger on the trigger
