This slider looks quite interesting Tobi. Very interesting concept for a slider. Just the price seems a little bit too expensive for my pocket and only 11" travel distance is a little bit on the short side (and the motor noise of this slider is terrible IMHO.), but other than that I like what I see. By the way - Your videos look even better with you in them 🙂 Good job, as I am used to on this channel. 👍
Your comments always cheer me up so much! Thank you for that. Year, that slider really only falls into a small niche, clearly not for everyone. I was quite unsure if I should put my self in my review videos, so thanks a lot for giving me confidence :)

Nice slider but too much money spent on the case and not enough on the app or the length of slide, Great idea though but the case must be in the 50 bucks region alone, its just a little pricey for my pocket but it is nice, if there was a whip round i would ask for this but I wouldn't spend my own money on it at the moment I am thinking. If the pro comes out and is longer and better maybe....
@@LICHTCATCHINGTOBY absolutely I myself have never seen a slider like this before and i am just imagining all the sort of takes could could do with this slider.....
Sorry for my late reply! Thanks for your comment. I used a Manfrotto Super clamp for that shot that i put on a tripod. Two would have been even better, it was quite hard to make a smooth shot. I also attached the mini tripod to the slypod to make the turn with my hand.
That's a good review. Sadly, the motor noise is simply awful and honestly doesn't make the slider worth getting. There has to be numerous ways in which to design a quiet motor for such a device. What were they thinking when they let that out as a completed product? The non-replaceable battery is also a big negative. Like with most gimbals, they should have designed it to take 18650 batteries that were user replaceable.
Thank you so much for your extensive comment. Yeah, it feels like it should be possible to fix the obvious flaws. Because overall the concept idea is really cool, the compactness and short setup time is just great. I am sure there is a niche out there for this slider, but its for sure not for everyone.
@@Harvestcreativemedia Oh yeah, definitely. They are saying that the Slypod Pro should be quieter, maybe you find a video showcasing that. But so far they just started their kickstarter campaign: www.kickstarter.com/projects/mozaslypodpro/moza-slypod-pro-do-wonders
I died when you hooked it up to the bedspread. Hilarious. Great video.
Haha, i even thought for a second I would it make even more extreme with candles / mood lighting, but I thought that would have been too much :D
I really like this channel
Thats really nice of you! Care to tell me why so I can improve even further on that? :)
Thanks so much for checking out my channel! I’m looking for a slider
Your video production is pretty impressive. I only think that the audio could improve a bit with a lav mic closer to your mouth to avoid the echo. 👏

Can you tell me what is your tripod head in 4:49 ? I mean what kind of the brand? That shot was so awesome

How loud is the motor in db?
I just measured it with a phone app from 1m away at full speed: Maxed out at 61db.
@@LICHTCATCHINGTOBY It’s quite loud. Thanks 😃

The sound is a deal breaker for me
