Finally someone sensible ..I am tired of people praising the Maybelline strobe cream and NYX born to glow..They look good in camera but in person they look so glittery…and totally unnatural..And MAC strobe cream has absolutely no shimmer or glitter particles whatsoever…Just a luminosity…under sunlight,candlelight,flashlight or disco light…I’d always go for MAC strobe cream over any of these

I personally can see the shimmer in MAC but they are very tiny. I have Milani soft focus which has bigger sgimmer particles. Charlotte tilbury hollywood flawless filter is the only one I tried that has zero shimmer, both in natural and artificial light. I still love my Mac though. I have the Goldlite.

Yes it can, but moisturize a lil before applying it, as it might sting extremely dry skin.
