Q: Why is there the necessity to rank nations on their fondness for another nation? It isn't exactly like everybody in one country is all gushy about the US and everybody in another country hates them.
Fondness? Maybe of these people don't necessarily love the USA. But taking US $$$, , and military weapons yeah they take from the US, but it isn't necessarily love. It's been practical.
