I grew up with a MCM white satin sofa. When I was born, my mom encountered the same ("OMG, white?!) naysayers that you did. The sofa lasted until I was 21, and was never stained, or anything but lovely. You GO girl!
Hi! Wow! Nice!! Your family be an exception though. I'd love to get a white couch but I am nervous about it staying as white as day one. No kids in this house, but we sit on our couch daily. How did your mom keep it white when you were younger? I'd love some input. Thanks!!
Wall Art. Liz, I've just now found your channel and O-Wowzer! I don't know how I have missed you for the past 10 yrs that I've been on-line, but I found you now : ) I believe you to be a quality product person, not a slap together with a huge amount of hot glue or superglue or whatever. I really appreciate that you use a nail gun, level, sander - simple electric tools that can really make a difference rather - elevates the quality of the finished product/project. I suspect you are on the East Coast, a no-nonsense kind of person who can "see" the final DIY product in your "mind's eye." Thank you for the fast paced projects, yet showing us for example, how you sewed the fringe into a small round pillow (you put on the sofa.) And just like you add quality accents as needed, you also include quality direction/instruction as needed, wonderful : D
I love that you took down your sofa to a love seat, it looks great in your front room! And your white sofa is gorgeous...white is my favorite color! I bo7ght these 2 sofas a couple of years ago from Rooms to Go...they 4 people comfortably! They are gorgeous too, I love them so much!❤️ Moose is so cute!😍 Your ottomans look great! I love white sofas! I got my dream(white) sofa last summer. It's been in the basement, in the box, since the day it came. I have 5 cats, you can see where I'm going here, lol. My sofa isn't coming into my living room until I have fewer cats. I used to have 10, and I said that after they go, I'll get new furniture. I'm half way there. No, I'm not giving away my fur babies. They're going over the Rainbow bridge in their own time. My eldest is 16, and the youngest are 12, so it'll still be in my basement for quite awhile. I love your new sofa, it's gorgeous, and nice and deep(good for snuggling for two). What you've done, is create a magazine cover photo. It's amazing!

Your living room looks great. It has a touch of mid century modern with those two sideboards. They look very much like one that I had back in the mid 60’s. I used Swiss coffee all over my house but mine is a little bit creamier than yours. Great job Liz

Liz I have watched several of your videos. I watched you fuss with pictures and making them hang right. I have a hack for you. Get a package of the tacky stuff to hang posters. I got mine at Hobby Lobby. Put a small dot on each bottom corner. Take a level and put on top. Once you have it level, push it to the wall at those bottom corners. It is safe for the art and the wall!!

Wall art! Love your living room! I bought a sofa that has stain resistant material and then the stain resistant spray as it is a light silver. I do cover it with a sheet and almost the same color as I have large dogs and do not let them up on it as well.

I might suggest the little feet rollers for furniture. Keeps the legs healthy and helps your body from pain. Easy peasy
