Yessir, I used the ball hitch method starting at 1/2" out from hub and 1/2" down from blade tip. Using heat helps alot. Be very mindful of how much you add. Little bit at a time is the ticket. That's just my two cents.
Cupping will help mate , but I’d probably send it to a prop shop . The blades are usually thicker on a cleaver where the cupping is and a bit trickier to cup. What is your setup mate? You might have to up the diameter a bit if it’s slipping a lot
Runs great! The 96 Tohatsu M50D im running has been amazing! Ive always been a merc 2 stroke fan, but now i run 2 stroke Tohatsus! Have you ran any M50D outboards?
Hey, mate, what size is your boat? My propeller is the same as yours, 2 stroke, 50 hptohatsu
It’s a 4.25 edgetracker slim line
It measures around 3,9/4 m
What size motor?
Hi mate it’s a 2stroke mercury 60
Quick question... i got a 14x30 cleaver and it has a lot of prop slip(around 38%)... should i get cup added to get that prop to grip more?
