In simple terms, the “one touch” from Tsukki is basically just the block part. The 3 plays per team still counts after that. He’s just signaling his teammates to not let go of the ball coz he already touched it.

Sure there are ways to succeed without height and power, but they don't write about them in textbooks because the textbook way is proven to work

So basically everything summes up : You can only touch the ball 3 times on your side of the net to get it over or spike the ball except when a teammate makes a one-touch, thats when it doesnt cuont as 1 of the 3 touches you can peform. That way its abit more fair. And there is no limit to spiking for one person or the whole team. You also can touch the ball 2 times when it is one your side but not touch it 2 times very fast. What you guys said the ball does not count as a limit to hit or touch the ball it is more when the ball is on your side, than its when your team can only touch it 3 times and ofcourse when its over the net and goes back you can again touch the ball 3 times.
