Chip, I was just thinking that you may be the new Engman/Mandeville/Lopez successor... I've met all of them, so I look forward to meeting in person some day soon.
CNC is just a small part of the equation. You identify the problem. You develop the solution. You make it in CAD... I'll cut it on the CNC! The hardwork is everything leading up to the CNC. =)
new 20b housings, nice . i built one a few months back and had trouble with the mazdatrix stud kit. the front 12mm studs where not long enough to stick out of the front plate ! they tried to wiggle out of a refund by claiming that later 20bs only have 10mm studs and these are an upgrade ! yet our motor has the front 12mm threads in fat plate start 15 mm into the plate . there is no way these supplied studs could ever fit... i also think i have been fed lies. chip.. how many 20bs have you seen with no 12mm bolts / studs for the front ??
thank you . that is what we always believed. we also have pictures of OEM plates new out of the box and the short bolts showing the fats ones to be 15 mm longer . we clearly got spun some BS for them to try and wiggle out a refund on a bad sale.. we also didnt get any washers . and all sorts of excuses about that . cant believe such a big company could try and wiggle out of something they clearly mucked up on
I think the latest trend to improve flow and atomization of the fuel mix is to add dimples (like golf balls) to the intake port.... it would be interesting to see the comparative dyno runs.
I thought the work you did on the exhaust porting was awesome, however speeding up the video in parts did not accomplish anything really other than to make me nauseous. You do do great work, so don't detract from it by presenting a less than outstanding video to show off your best efforts.

wow, super interesant sa vad un roman care se ocupa cu wankel-uri! salutari din romania! tommyfyeah m-a adus aici
Nice job, I wish I had a CNC machine to do work like this.

Yes, I agree CAD does most of the problem solving for you..
Sick work!
I want I Want I Need I Need!

we had a B series and it assembled the same as the one in your vids . we achieved line bore ( using our own front 12mm billet studs )
All 20B Engines have 2 front and 2 rear Fat OEM studs to begin with.. All other are not oem..

Super! Can you CNC periferal ports for RX8? And use cryo technique for inserts? (Superheat housing and supercool insert for it to seal on install)

What are the polishing burrs you use Chip?

Watercooled Exhaust ??? 1:12 You have a hole into the Waterchanel :-((
that's not going into the coolant channel, it's for excess gas to drip into
How much do u sell this for?
www.ChipsMotorsprots@gmail.com $420.00 per exhaust
