obi wan: the galaxy is not the same as it once was yoda , ... Jedi they're all gone.
yoda: obi wan time you still have.
Obi Wan "Someone will come along."
Yoda "Come along, someone has."
Rey fighting storm troopers
Yoda to obi wan: very much like you she is.
Yoda: Obi Wan, Do,What did you?
Obi Wan: Master Yoda the Galaxy is not the Same as it was... Jedi, their gone now!!!
I reckon that's probably what Kenobi in 2018 is probably going to be like.
MarvelKing 9000 I wanted Obi-Wan's final villain to be Darth Maul as a way for him to finally battle his demons - both literally and figuratively - before he trains Luke
+EricGraham OMG That was my idea too
A 45-year-old Obi-Wan is seen in exile on Tatooine. He's now jaded, full of regret, and secretive. He doesn't even enter Mos Eisley unless he needs supplies and sustenance. He resides in a hut off the outskirts of the Jundland Wastes. He's still grieving over the loss of Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Order, and his other allies and loved ones he had developed in his life. These are the kind of grieving despairing conversations he has with Qui-Gon Jinn's ghost. He's even fearful and sees no purpose in watching over Luke Skywalker if he might end up making the same mistakes as his father once did. He's not at risk of revealing his Jedi identity until one day in Mos Eisley, he sees a group of moisture farmers being hustled by Jabba the Hutt's men for their water tax, despite the very little water they have left. Obi-Wan gets himself involved in the fight without the use of his lightsaber, but with a blaster. He escapes with them onto a speeder in the middle of the Dune Sea. A woman moisture farmer - mid or late 30's - notices him and his skills, suspecting he might be Obi-Wan Kenobi, but he hides his past from her, distancing himself from her emotionally. So most of the story involves Obi-Wan Kenobi undergoing an internal battle between wanting to help these farmers and finding hope again or not, while escaping danger on Tatooine, like Tusken Raiders. The 3rd act though is really crux of Obi-Wan's internal and physical conflict - when Darth Maul arrives in an ambush and attacks Kenobi. Kenobi fights a little less like he used to in Episode III, which allows Maul to gain an upper hand on Kenobi and inflict a severe lightsaber wound on him (Obi-Wan's wounds being compounded by old and new ones). Without proper medical care or supplies, the wound scars Obi-Wan and will prevent him from healing and regaining his physicality (explaining why he won't fight as well against Vader in Episode IV). Because of this wound too, Obi-Wan is now more cynical and distanced, but the woman moisture farmer calls him out on his bullshit (after seeing his duel) and demands he tell her everything (Obi-Wan: "I'm not who you think I am."/Woman: "You ARE Obi-Wan Kenobi."). A slow-paced human moment for Obi-Wan could involve him telling a campfire story of some of his exploits in the Clone Wars, but still holding that bit of regret and sorrow. Maul even begins to manipulate some of Jabba's men to fight with him. It isn't until the climax where Obi-Wan truly cuts the act and jumps in to the moisture farmers' rescue by helping defeat their men. The final battle is now in the Jundland Wastes between him and Darth Maul. Maul wonders why Obi-Wan would even stay on Tatooine - then he realizes he's protecting someone. Maul is able to gain an upper hand again in physical combat, but it isn't until Obi-Wan calms himself down and tunes in with the Force and lets it guide his actions, he's able to defeat Darth Maul. Maul dies in Obi-Wan's arms, but not before asking if the person he's protecting is the Chosen One (whom Obi-Wan NOW believes is Luke) and saying he will avenge them. Obi-Wan lays him to rest and gives him a proper funeral. He bids the farmers farewell and gives them transport far away from the Dune Sea before more of Jabba's men comes after them. Obi-Wan stays behind and looks over a young Luke at his farm, with a renewed sense of hope....
*gives Eric Graham an Oscar*
Can't use Maul as the Rebels episode did it first.
Obi Wan= Logan
Luke= Laura/X23
Yoda= Charles Xavier
Got me in all the feels. Can't wait for the possible 2020 release

Snuffles Wadgenbagder Yoda, the galaxy is not the same as it was. Jedi, they're gone now.
Logan = Obi-Wan
Professor X = Yoda
Nice!
Wouldn't mind seeing a movie actually titled Obi-Wan if there is one out there please if they show the trailer allow the song to be a part of it
Interesting video Nuxus. You're a good editor. I noticed that Josh Faraday video is starting to take off. That video is really good. Hopefully you'll start getting some subscribers soon but I think you'll need more videos before people start subscribing. Can't wait to see what you do next since you seem to improve with every video. Anyways, keep up the good work.
King Achilles Thanks for another positive opinion. You are actually reading my mind a bit there as I am aware I should upload more videos however my laptop was broken and I will have it back next week. :)
It's happening now
If I was in charge of the Obi-wan film it would go as follows-
It's been a few years since the Empire took over. The Jedi are dead. The remaining survivors have ran to the most remote corners of the Galaxy. Now living the life of a Hermit, Obi-wan, while watching over Luke finds another young Jedi Apprentice who survived Order 66 and is searching his/her master, who is working for a group called "The Rebellion." But the young jedi is being chased by someone. Someone dangerous. The Bounty Hunter, Boba Fett. Obi-wan and the young jedi would travel across the Galaxy in order to find this Rebellion, and the Apprentice's master before something bad happens.
For the majority of the film, Obi-wan would still be known as "Obi-wan" to those close to him, and the young Jedi (Except for Luke, maybe he never interacted with him, or told him his name yet?) He would still communicate with Bail Organa, and maybe Yoda through the force, or other means.
It would open with a young Luke playing in the field (or some stupid space-kid shit like that) and maybe he is attacked by a Tusken Raider, and Obi-wan would jump to his defense (or something of that matter.) Lukes uncle would tell him to stay away, (as usual) and Obi-Wan could go back to hermiting around.
Maybe while in Mos Eisely Obi-Wan would be approaching by the young jedi who instantly recognizes him and try to get his help. Obi-Wan tries to play it cool or pretend to not be obi-wan, or tell him they need to take in private. (Maybe they would head to a cantina??)
They would eventually promise to meet at the cantina later to discuss whatever this young jedi wants to ask Obi-wan about. Obi-wan would hear of Darth Vader while drinking in the cantina as he waited for the young jedi. They would eventually discuss what would be the general plot of the film. (Finding the young jedi's master and rebel alliance while avoiding the bounty hunter.)
Obi-wan would eventually meet Vader for the first time and discover that it is his supposedly dead Apprentice, Anakin and be completely mortified.
While traveling, Obi-wan would find a small group of jedi survivors and try to help them, but they would be attacked by Vader and his highest ranked soldiers. Vader would engage with Obi-wan, and they would have a brief fight in which Obi-wan would be forced to flee after being overwhelmed.
As Obi-wan and the young jedi Flee, they would get caught in a massive battle between Rebels and Imperials, (Maybe the Rebels haven't started using X-Wings yet and use older, Clone Wars starships??) They would board the rebel ship and find the young jedi's master, but Fett was close behind. Fett kills the master, but the crusier is going down, the Master before he dies gives the young jedi the coordinates to the rebels and Obi-wan and the Jedi flee to the coordinates, being followed by Fett and maybe a few of his lackies.
The young Jedi would die at the Hands of Boba Fett, as they finally catch up with the small group of Rebels. Boba Fett would be accompanied by either other soldiers, or bounty hunters, and a small skirmish would ensue.
Obi-Wan would fight Boba, and nearly win, but Boba would escape as the fight would be interrupted by Vader and his forces. Obi-wan and Vader would again have another fight but it would end in a stalemate, Obi-wan would again be forced to flee for his own safety and the sake of Luke as the small band of Rebels are overwhelmed by Vader and his forces in a Rogue One like style.
Obi-Wan would fake his death or go back into hiding, and change his name to "Ben." He would then go back to Tatooine, and start looking after Luke again.
Obviously there are some issues with this, but I think it could work if this was just the general flow of the story.
Some things already explain themselves in the film anyway, Leia would have obviously been told stories of "Obi-Wan" By Bail Organa, who already knew he was still alive.
It's possible that the obi-wan film wont take place to far after Revenge of the Sith so this could fit in easily with some minor adjustments.
Also it would be really great to see a little bit more of that sweet, sweet Order 66 action on the big screen again.
Not bad but I'm pretty sure a new hope was the first time Anakin and obi wan saw each other since revenge of the Sith
WTF happened with the audio in the last 30 seconds?
You probably mean the original audio coming through. I am aware of it yet there is nothing that can be done about it anymore sadly...It happens.
Um...I feel like that wasn't the best voice for a thumbnail.
