Still here on week 2 of my recovery plan! Did this ride yesterday and felt great, cannot wait to do a proper HIIT ride (next week) 😊 so so grateful for these workouts.
I've never done this ride before. I wasn't looking for active recovery so most of the rest I changed to seated 5 ans 6 tempos, but I'm glad I know this ride is here for recovery days!
This reset ride I did after a 20 minutes FTP test today. Thanks to you Kirsten my fitness level has improved 10% this year compared to last year. Due to many average watt PB lately I did this test to see if I can not beat my old PB from last year. I did that with 3 watt so really happy that with the result today. This ride was just to recover after the test. Really couldn’t ride that well. I was exhausted after the test. Thank you once again Kirsten for all your different rides on this channel.

I’ve been sick (strep then food poisoning then flu then allergies) and have a rib injury from coughing BUT I made it through this ride and wobbled over to my mat 😮💨 now to do your cooldown stretches. Nice to get back at it after a long hiatus!

This was one of those day where hormones make you feel mehhh. I’m so glad I got on the bike. This was perfect for my energy levels. Even added a couple of tempos on the longer recovery level 3s. Once the energy kicked in😊
This is just what I needed! I had taken a break from strength training bc I just wasn't enjoying it anymore, plus some big life changes got in the way. Yesterday was my first leg day in 2 months and I am FEELING it today. Hoping this ride helps my legs and glutes out
