I got a 24 inch batmobile that is remote control drive, working lites, the canopy pops open by itself with sound way more detailed than the thundertank for $100 .
Yeah well Mattel's Gimmick Riddeled WWE ((7" Scale)) Ambulance is only $39.99 !!!! & Hey, I understand _Super 7_ is independent, maybe Niche & different by direct comparison. But as far as HASBRO Goes w/ its $400 (4" Scale) Star Wars 'RAZOR CREST' RIP-OFF !!! A totally inaccurate Razor Crest ship Rip-Off mind you. It's a Custom Starship w/ out A 2nd Level! LMAO! A Haslab piece of junk without even Ship - to Cockpit access! Because At bare minimal, A Ladder & A Sliding door were to much to ask for $400.
Never mind the fact that You can't even fit Duvac's into the Razor's rear cargo hold. Cause said cargo hold, like the rest of Hasbro's Haslab Junk- IS TO SMALL! Unlike This S7 Thunder Tank & the for mentioned WWE Ambulance. & Thus I conclude my diatribe.
Really wish this had some LED lights and sound effects at this price since they are very inexpensive to include.

@unclassified Depends on the sounds. If done right, and not excessive, then it's quite exceptional. Especially if you have complete control of making which sounds you use at your desired time to use them. Definitely no repeating or not being able to stop sounds. Lights should be included for this price. I would of got Unicron or Snake M* but I'm not probably gonna get this I don't see why I would the TC's themselves are already enough. ;)

I'm totally passing on this. It's way too expensive to have absolutely no features that you would expect for paying that much... like lights or sound or something. It just seems very plain and unexciting.
Almost the same price of that talking/moving programable Optimus Prime much more prime than that Thunder Tank
the glass cover over the cockpit is the best one cause thats how i remember it in the cartoons.,
I really hope the claws, mouth, the nose cannon they hold the opened position, otherwise it would be very weird. Wish we could see final product before putting that amount of cash to be honest
They should fix the roof, there are some lines that were never on the original model.
Agreed. They should remove those lines on the top near the logo. They were never there in the first place.

Well done Super 7! You guys really came through for Thundercat fans! As a kid, I loved the Thundercats cartoon but my parents were not able to get me any of the toys so I missed out. Now as an adult I never thought I would have the opportunity to get an amazing Thundertank collectable like this. WOW! Again, well done and thank you. Just put in my order and thank you also for giving us the payment plan option. I definitely took advantage of that.
For the price it needs led lights or some added bonuses for having less gimmicks.
I never got the original thundertank as a kid 😢. As an adult (contrary to my exes). As I grew older I ended up not liking the original toy because it wasn’t too scale and it wasn’t show accurate. The moment I saw your thundertank I was hooked. I have to have one. Thanks guy!

Hi there Brian. We got a little problem about shipping that to us in EU. Sideshow cant tell us how much it will cost cause dont know how much the weights gonna be. The other one that have for EU we private collector cant even buy from.

I think the Glow in the Dark Plastic eyes is a good idea. I never have to worry about broken electronics. I'm glad you clarified that it was a plastic part instead of a sticker.
What if they put LED lights behind the GiTD plastic so it still glows even if the electronics malfunction?
Are any of the features spring-loaded? And please put foot pegs on the cannon platform :-)

Being an adult collector and one of many who grew up on thundercats, he-man, mask etc I was really excited about this.
However in the UK here it’s £650 pre order sorry but that’s ridiculous just pure greed. The Millennium falcon was £400 and that was enough.
I’m not denying how lovely it would be to have in the collection but not at that price I’d be looking at more like half the price
I ordered it from a UK website and it was £550.
I bought one from a shop here in the UK, I am very excited to get him . I hope Brian read my message, please you could re-make some figures per example : Tygra , he does not bend his legs and arms to even 80 degrees . How do we suppose to sit him in this Thundertank? Bengali came with an excellent articulation for a single knees and elbows but Tygra's articulations really sucks , I am sorry if I am being realist. Please remake this figure as a 2.0 with better articulation and those cuff that he has on his elbow and your figure does not have it, make a more matte orange colour ( like the prototype ) if you want can change the uniform colours and use the grey/blue that he appears in some episodes. I am sure if you make a new improved figure everyone that supports the line will buy it.
Correct Pumyra's hight to match Cheetara , Cheetara came out really good , Pumyra still too tall.
Vultureman is too big , shrink him down at least one inch , he looks out of scale even close to his fellow colleagues mutants.
Other than that keep doing this wonderful work that you are doing.

I wish I could justify getting this but all the figures come to enough as it is. Really I just hope you guys make pre-orders for reissues of normal Mumm-Ra and Jackalman soon and don't take too long to announce Vultureman and Bengali.

The Ultimate Thundercats are fully articulated 7 inch figures. These fit in with MOTU classics line because they use the same buck.

Sorry, did I heard "Avoid VAT"? Think this might be some misinformation, because as far as I checked, no prices here in Europe, or in the UK can even compare to the prices in USA.
Here in Europe this is coming around 700, 750 US dollars. Sure, is not available in all EU countries, so that plus shipping to most places. Just sayin...
It would come at basically same price, maybe slightly cheaper, if importing from USA at this price point to be honest.
Since Thundrillium is essential to power up the Cat's Lair and to fuel the Thundertank here's an idea to make the Thundrillium pop in your collection.
What if the Thundrillium would have a battery compartment with LEDS within so the Thundrillium could shine and light up at your own will with an on and off switch? Or atleast cast it so it get GITD features. That would be nice, wouldn't it?

Hey everybody, this is Brian from Super7 and we are here to talk to you today about something very special. We’re talking about: The Thundertank!
So what we’re looking at here is a full-size prototype of the Thundertank (Audience “Oooo” in the background). Now this is made out of resin and 3d printing and castings, so it’s not perfect, but it’s perfect to look at and understand the size and scale of what we’re talking about.
This is the original LJN Thundertank (Audience: Ahhhh), and this is the Super7 Ultimates Thundertank (Voice in Audience: Oh my god). As you can see, you could fit four original LJN Thundertanks inside the new Super7 Ultimates Thundertank (Applause and whistles).
As you can see, the Ultimates Thundertank is scaled to fit two people in the front, not one like the LJN. And you can see that both Panthro and Lion-o fit easily into the cockpit of the Thundertank.
It’s got all the weapons that you expect including the nose cannon. When you raise the lion claws you’ll see the red under armor as well as movable cannons. Plus you’ve got the giant three-barreled cannon for Cheetara to fire, and you’ve got seats for four Ultimates-sized Thundercats figures that easily sit in the back.
On each side you’ve got a massive set of wheels with a giant tread that all roll and work together.
Now you can’t power the thunder tank without thundrillium, luckily; we’ve got a whole cargo container of it for you.
You can raise and lower the jaw of the thunder tank. The thundercat’s (he meant to say “Thundertank’s”) eyes are cast in glow-in-the-dark plastic so when you turn out the light you can still see this vehicle coming (Audience: Oooo).
the Ultimates Thundertank features: Working rubber tank treads,
rolling wheels with steel axles,
an articulated jaw,
articulated arms that reveal hidden cannons,
a forehead panel with a hidden cannon,
two different windshields: the armored battle mode windshield and the clear aquatic mode windshield,
opening cargo bay doors,
seating for six,
a removable swiveling three-gun turret,
a highly detailed cockpit,
highly detailed wall paneling,
a thundrillium storage container,
cartoon accurate deco,
and maybe even a top secret samophlange (Audience: Oooo).

Having the wave 2 figures with all their QC issues, I'm glad I passed on paying $400+ for this. Those back two seats don't look like they will fit figures in a seating position. There were no examples being made in this video, btw . . . I may regret it later if I see every review that shows how awesome it might be, but anyone who has that kind of money to spend on it, have fun with that.
Admit it, who else was waiting on the samoflange.
I have no idea where I'm going to put it, but I'm looking forward to this. I'm thinking about making a coffee table display case for it

I preordered 2 of these, so the only complaints regarding my order will be from the mail carrier when they unload these HEAVY boxes.

It's pretty expensive but wow I am definitely buying this. A THUNDERTANK to scale??? Hell yes!!!! The only other thing O would hope for from Super7 is a scale Ghostbusters firehouse to scale with the Kenner figure. Super7 is the BEST toy company now.
