Can you tell me what 'staple gun' you used at minute 6:10 to burrito wrap the french drain? Maybe you could even give me the link. I'd appreciate it.

Do you also teach the theory, physics and mathematics behind drainage system design and hydraulic civil engineering?

What is a belly? A low point?

Yes, it's a low point, it's when the pipe sags, so that's something to avoid.

If the slope was perfect, won't the corrugated pipe hold some water in a light rain where PVC won't hold any water?

I enjoy this channel, but I have the same thought. Wouldn’t the grooves in the perforated pipe hold sediment vs. smooth PVC wouldn’t, if both were installed with the same slope and assuming there is no belly?

"Gutter Glove" on the gutter will eliminate that issue.

I disagree. Schedule 40 with the correct slope and no belly doesn’t hold sediment like this.
