Enjoyed your vid. Just as a passing thought of what challenges... you've done the high... how about hiking to the lowest point of each trail from high point nearby. Your vid reminded me I had this dream of paragliding through the Tetons... load up the gear and go for it! Just ride the thermals to next camp. Adirondack might be good for that too. They are outstanding hikes. I still remember the sign at the base of Mt Marcy... don't pass this point unless you have... and as we were standing there the medivac landed after rescue from top of Mt Marcy. Figured the sign was good advice, hiked back to town spent more money. As it turned out it happened to be very very good advice. So good my wife at the time never went backpacking again

If I could suggest looking up a seamstress in your area to mend your backpack. They are amazing, usually with all types of material from silk to canvas, and threads that would do the job you need. It keeps the money local, as well. Sorry about your fall, I fell in my house this week, no ice! lol You're doing great. Take care.

@@downeastxg thanks! Yeah it didn’t make sense sending it across the country! I’ll look local.

Jenny, you can check out the Belknap range. They offer a patch when you finish. Nice trails. They also have patches if you redline the many different trails. And another one if you complete a grid.

@@richardnagri9198 the Belknaps range was the first list I completed back in 2020. I loved it. I didn’t know about the redline or grid though. Thanks!

Jenny I would suggest the 46 peaks in the Adirondacks, they are spectacular. I’m from Saratoga NY and finished the NE115. I would say they are harder to do than the Whites, because of remoteness from roads. They are not a part of the Appalachian Chain, but part of Canadian geology so it makes a interesting comparison. The Adirondacks have a feel all of its own and is a very unique and special place. I’m now working on my ADK Winter 46.

Congratulations Jenny! Just curious now that you've completed the 48 and 52 do you have a top 3 for each one?
Maybe a future recommendation for a video could be rating them both from least to favorite based on views and difficulty of trail!

I bet my friend who designs handbags and lives in new Hampton nh a hiker could help you out with the repair of your backpack.
