I was in the army at that moment and I was running around screaming in the halls and my buddies KNEW what had happened since they had seen me try to beat it the last weeks lol.
I started playing this back when I was in 6th grade and I got to where I can beat all the levels but hexagonest hyper mode. I come back 10 years later to play this game again and I finally beat it 😭
The ending is basically the entire game in reverse. Not only are the obstacles coming out of the hexagon, but if you notice that the color scheme of the hexagon goes through the color scheme of all the levels, in order of Hexagonest --> Hexagoner --> Hexagon This is further supported by the fact that near the end is when the hexagon turns into a square and a pentagon, the only level in which it does that is Hexagon.

Anyone notice that after they beat the game, they think they master it forever, then you go back and play it, and you SUCK? Having that problem right now.
I feel like this is one of the saddest endings to a game because you spend so much time trying to beat this game, and when you give up and stop playing, you just want to play even more. Then when you get to the final stage where nothing is moving the hexagon has basically given up on fighting. When you die, you just sit there and watch as the hexagon dies also, to the very last heartbeat. Then you and the hexagon both spring back to life and you have to fight all over again. Wonderful.

+Super Sky Scout to me, when you go into hexagoner, its a black hole. The hexagon is black, resembling a black hole, and the triangle is a starship trying to escape its pull. The walls are the matter that is coming from a high mass star. That mass overload the main power source with radiation, exploding the ship. You move around the mass to survive the inevitable. After you complete the official stage and go into hyper modre, you get sucked into the black hole and try to escape the singularity sorry for it being so long :/

The amount of hours practice this guy took is a multiple of 10. 10*3(Level names)=30, 30*2(Level types)=60. This game revolves around the number 60, but I will continue until Half Hexagon 3 Episode 60 is confirmed. There are, once again, 2 types of levels in Super Hexagon. I don't think you can make a polyhedron with just hexagons, which is fine, because this game uses other polygons. I think it would be cool if there was a level for each of the Archimedian solids. If there had to be one, I think a truncated icosahedron (hexagons and pentagons) or a truncated icosidodecahedron (decagons, hexagons, and squares) would be best. Oh, this should have gone to merc. This game is amazing. I feel its an entire journey though life. You start at the first stage and the music its all optimistic like here we go we got this, this is doable. But then it changes shape and your like oh shit not what i expected but you make do. The you make it to the second stage and the music is like your here now, time to take things serious. You need to focus. Shit has changed and you need to adapt or die. If you make it through the growing pains of stage two than the end of the song opens up like yeah you ARE the man and you move on to stage three. Stage three is where shit has gotten full blown real. No more playing around, you focus or you die. Stress is now the norm. You must learn to thrive drenched in stress or drown in it. Most will drown. If you are one of the exceptional few who learn to thrive swimming in stress than you fight and fight till you finally fight your way to the end, the black and white waves of peace. Life is still coming at you from all sides but you are finally at peace all the way to the end when you finally find sweet release in death. As you die you see your whole life play back in reverse. It is beyond beautiful. Everything you have accomplished and overcome played in reverse before your eyes as you sink into a peaceful oblivion.
Heres a challenge. The game evolves as you play. 180 seconds on regular Hexagon takes you to Hyper Hexagoner. To complete the game in one run, make it 360 seconds. That is my challenge.

Man the buildup that starts at 0:54 is so intense! Especially how after a point it stops getting higher, and you are expecting it to drop, and it just keeps repeating like it's stuck, but you still have to survive, and then finally it hits!! Aghh amazing!

Chipzel also made Spectra but he also made every song in this game. The fact that there's even hexagons in Spectra in the first place might be a giveaway that the whole level is a reference to Super Hexagon.
Such an awesome game, still remember playing it for years and holy f... the amount of dopamine i got from reaching the endless level. I was racing against a friend who would come there first and i placed second, a few days after him, but still omg. And the amount of joy i had, when i lasted a fraction of a second longer than my friend in the endless screen where it kills you at first, because i moved my triangle to the connection point of 2 walls. Omg the memories haha. Also i beat it a few seconds before one of my most boring classes started and couldn't stop grinning the entire time through xD
Here I stand beating the game only seconds ago watching the ending clip. Oh I loved it! Took so long but so worth it! My time was about 40-50 hours of playing =D I hope everyone keeps trying to beat the gam because it is so worth it!
Fun fact : At the ending, the music are on backwards instead of a original sound , another one at the ending will you see the all levels that you beating at the start of the game, which is a very interesting detail 🤔

Every every year, every month, every week, every single day Super hexagon was there, sometimes I loose (A lot of times) and sometimes I won, but no matter what, this game was there for me. In each scream of angry, in each smile of joy. When u finally get to the final stage of hexagonest and it just shows u all stages from the end to the start, it's not just like the game is saying "Well done, boy... U did it, congratulations" it's also showing us all the journey and I can't help remembering basically the best part of my entire life... With this game I've felt pure happiness and joy... I remember beating this game back in the day. It was on 2012 when it went online. I completed the game on a Samsung Galaxy Ace, good memories hahaha I was the only one in my class who was able to do it, so I pretty much know it's hard af.
Well done. It looks shithard at the beginning, but after some playtime it get's easy. Even after months of not playing the game I can easily get through every level. This game is just so amazing.
I do not understand why people take this game to be so hard it's actually incredibly easy the longer you play the more you're brain get's used to the shapes. Also great video :D

I lost the reaction time and precision but not the muscle memory on how to do the patterns, so i was able to spring back after some training

Man the buildup that starts at 0:54 is so intense! Especially how after a point it stops getting higher, and you are expecting it to drop, and it just keeps repeating like it's stuck, but you still have to survive, and then finally it hits!! Aghh amazing!

This is just one of the best games I've ever played. I never thought I could complete it but after a lot of time playing I did it, and it is a huge feeling os satisfaction. It is awesome how this game can make you feel just with two buttons. If you haven't done it yet you just should buy this game now. Completely worth

This game reminds me of just shapes and beats! Especially since there is a level called spectra and it is about hexagons
Chipzel also made Spectra but he also made every song in this game. The fact that there's even hexagons in Spectra in the first place might be a giveaway that the whole level is a reference to Super Hexagon.

Such an awesome game, still remember playing it for years and holy f... the amount of dopamine i got from reaching the endless level. I was racing against a friend who would come there first and i placed second, a few days after him, but still omg. And the amount of joy i had, when i lasted a fraction of a second longer than my friend in the endless screen where it kills you at first, because i moved my triangle to the connection point of 2 walls. Omg the memories haha. Also i beat it a few seconds before one of my most boring classes started and couldn't stop grinning the entire time through xD
Here I stand beating the game only seconds ago watching the ending clip. Oh I loved it! Took so long but so worth it! My time was about 40-50 hours of playing =D I hope everyone keeps trying to beat the gam because it is so worth it!
Fun fact : At the ending, the music are on backwards instead of a original sound , another one at the ending will you see the all levels that you beating at the start of the game, which is a very interesting detail 🤔

It's muy whole teen life.... From the 12's to the 17's... Every every year, every month, every week, every single day Super hexagon was there, sometimes I loose (A lot of times) and sometimes I won, but no matter what, this game was there for me. In each scream of angry, in each smile of joy. When u finally get to the final stage of hexagonest and it just shows u all stages from the end to the start, it's not just like the game is saying "Well done, boy... U did it, congratulations" it's also showing us all the journey and I can't help remembering basically the best part of my entire life... With this game I've felt pure happiness and joy... Thank you, Ted. Thank you, Chipzel...
