I'm 51 have had serious dark circles under my eyes that are genetic --- even as a kid! I and have always been very self-conscious about it. Plus, I now have texture and some wrinkles to deal with, just to make it more challenging to conceal. I felt like I was stuck choosing between emphasizing my wrinkles with concealer, or not concealing my dark circles to prevent emphasizing wrinkles. A cosmetic Sophie's choice! i took your recommendation from a couple other of your videos and ordered the Charlotte Tillbury and combined it w/ the Colorscience, and what a total game changer!!!! The CT is hands down the best concealer I've ever tried... and I have literally tried everything. Even when I set it, it doesn't get cakey... and you'r right, it does flex with you instead of separating or cracking. Amazing!! And I can use much less of it using the Colorscience underneath without looking like I put on double concealer. Plus, I and love the SPF 35 it gives me because it is an area that is challenging to use SPF because it will mess up my concealer or eye shadow application. Colorscience is an amazing solution! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great tip! I have a tip to share on the CT fuzzy tip --- TOTALLY REMOVABLE. Just pull on it slowly and gently, and it will come right out... it's not glued in! Then when you turn the dial to release product, it comes out slowly through a little plastic tube, and you can apply it with your finger or brush. No wasted product (cuz it's not inexpensive) and no mess!! Thanks again!!
I'm pinning your comment because it made me so incredibly happy! I felt like I was reading my own story at the beginning...concealer was the first makeup product I ever bought because I was so self conscious about my dark circles when I was younger. I'm SO GLAD I was able to help you find a combination you love! And I can't wait to take that darned sponge off! I was scared to try it! You're a doll! Thank YOU! 💗
@@StephanieMarie I'm so glad to hear that!! I have gotten SO MANY amazing tips from your videos that have truly helped me update my makeup techniques to be more flattering on my maturing skin -- I get actually get compliments now! i am thrilled to be able to pass on one small tip, since I get so many from you!! Happy Holidays!! :o)
I'm here because I will be 53 soon a d I too have dark circles and "texture". LOL. Thank you for the pinned comment. I am headed to find some CT & colorscience Thanks again.
I must try this combo! I have quite fair skin & VERY DARK purple blue dark circles.. Bad sinuses & have had sev surgeries.
I like the way you do the circle and enlargement of whatever item you're discussing. It's a nice editing touch. Thanks for all you do 💗
Thank you Michelle!
35 and I have natural bags under my eyes and dark circles AND dry skin so I appreciate this. I have begun considering my age when it comes to makeup. And I stumbled onto your channel looking for help and I'm glad I did! Also happy to sub to another Stephanie. Best name ever ;)
Glad to have another awesomely-named person here with me! 😜 Thank you so much!
Ohhhh nice picks! I haven’t tried most of these - will have to now! 👍🏻
Thanks Michele!
Hi Beautiful! I LOVE my Colorescience 3 in 1 too and the brush on spf. 2 products I will NEVER be without for sure. I still haven't picked up the CT Concealer. I am definitely getting it now. Love love love your lip color! 💜
Hi pretty lady! Such good products! Thank you! I saw your channel page update today! I'm so glad to see you show it! Yay!!!! 😘🙌🏼
I couldn't remember how to make it show. It took me over an hour! Haha! Thanks for your advice 💜
My under-eyes and I thank you. 😊You recommended the ColorScience 3 in 1 months ago, and I now consider it one of my essential, every day products. I really love it, and I don’t know what I ever did without it!
It's definitely an essential! I'm so glad you like it too!
Loved this!!! I’m so glad you turned me onto Colorescience!
Thank you SO much Lisa! It's SUCH a great product. I'm glad you love it too!
Great list!
I have inherited dark circles and am always looking for a good color corrector. The Colorescience sounds amazing. I’ll definitely have to try it sometime soon.
Thanks for the suggestions, love🍃🌸.
I haven't heard one person say they don't love it! Actually no...one that was using it as skincare and corrector. I think she fixed the situation though! It's such a great product! Thank you!
I am loving the Josie Maran concealer, I recently picked up the mally beauty and was pleasantly surprised on good it is, this brand doesn’t get too much love on UA-cam and my absolute favorite of all time the bye bye under eye. Thanks Stephanie!!! Was able to picked up your brush set and the e40 instantly became a daily favorite!!! :)
Thank you so much for being here with me and for purchasing the brush set! I'm so happy you're enjoying it! I haven't tried either of the first two! Thank you for the recs! 💗
Great video Steph!!! Thanks for all the suggestions!
Thank you! 😘
I’m 33 with under eye texture, oily skin, AND I live in NOLA too. I’m so glad to have found you! Thanks for all the in depth reviews and tips. I’m learning so much!
Thank you so much!! I'm glad to have you here with me! 💗
So so excited for this video! I just turned 40 over the summer and although I have been very fortunate to have youthful skin without a lot of issues with aging just yet, my under eyes are another story. I actually didn’t start wearing makeup until about 3 years ago so I’ve had so much fun learning all about it from UA-cam and going from buying products because someone I like had them to really starting to learn what works for me and what doesn’t. Concealer has been the toughest product for me. I couldn’t understand the hype with the shape tape when it looks terrible on me. I did start having better luck with a lot of concealer when I used an under eye cream right before applying concealer. Doing that just helps with hydration which in turn makes most of the my concealers look a lot better. So, the concealers I’ve been using most are the KKW concealer, too faced born this way multi-use sculpting concealer and the Becca aqua luminous concealer. I definitely want to try the colorscience corrector and I’m so excited to hear you love the Charlotte Tilbury concealer so much because I’ve had it on my loved list at Sephora since they started carrying the brand and I just haven’t heard too much about it! Thanks for always giving us so much good information and I really appreciate the time and thought you put into your videos. 💕
Thank you Katie! 💗
I love that the makeup you are wearing is very natural and not overdone like most of the younger UA-camrs!
Thank you! 💗
Great picks! I’m not in love with the Too Faced but I think it’s just because I hate how big the applicator is. I have an aversion to big foundation/concealer applicators and big eyeshadow palettes. An odd quirk of mine! 😃
You know I love my Total Eye too.
Folks, I can verify that she uses it daily, she brought it with her when she came to visit me!
I sure did bring it! I bring it everywhere! LOL! Thanks Risa!
Risa Does Makeup you guys should do a little mini collab video with Lisa J about concealers and powders or base products. I know I struggle with covering blemishes with texture my foundation never stays regardless of the foundation or primers I use. I’d watch anything with u guys in it. Have a blessed day 😃
The Charlotte Tilbury concealer is definitely magic for me. I have not found anything as good, I love it so much!
GREAT video Stephanie! Concealer can be SO tricky for over 35s but so important! I'm saving this one for reference- I've been really into trying new concealers lately😁 I too love the Maybeline one- I actually just finished editing a video featuring it today😉 That Charlotte Tilbury one sounds super amazing!
Thank you so so much!
Hi Stephanie!! I so need that CS! I have to set under the eye too! Yes girl the shape tape. Always have backups. I have to work with it but just love it! I have a hard time getting the ct to stay put! I’m gonna try it again! The BTW is about perfect! Great video sweet Stephanie!!😘😘😘
Thank you Kathy!
Great video , I cannot wait for your updated powder video I'm excited for that one to 💜💛💖💙💚
Thank you Kelly! 😘
The colorscience total eye is a holy grail of mine too 😍
So so good!!
Definitely Holy Grail status!!
Such a helpful video. I have the Colorscience on the top of my list. So eager to try it and also the Too Faced. I hadn’t heard about the KKW concealer.. sounds good at a great price. Thanks so much for your recommendations and insight. Dark circles is my main issue with my skin & I keep searching for that miracle product. 😉
Thank you! I'm glad it helped! 😘
I’m loving the Tarte Creaseless concealer because it’s hydrating. I think I’ll try the Too Faced next. Thanks for the recommendations. 💕
Thank you! 😘
Just bought that tarte one today it has maracuja oil in it!
OMG - that green on you is perfection!
What an excellent excellent video!! Thank you so much Stephanie!! I am on a concealer hunt (over 50) and was just about to give up. I appreciate your in depth review. You not only have beauty but brains. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thank you so much! 😘
These are the best videos! Totally trust your opinion and need these better options!
Aw thanks so much Sara!
I’ve been curious about the Charlotte Tilbury concealer. I’m definitely going to try it out. I’m living for the Too Faced Born This Way. It works so well, plus it last all day. Thank you for the recommendations!
Hello Stephanie! I totally agree with you on the "color science " concealer! I also love the "Too Faced" concealer. It seems I'm always on the search for the perfect concealer throughout my life! Lol 🤔 Your eyes really pop with that color you have on! You're so beautiful! Have a great week!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much Debbie! 💗
I look forward to seeing your powder video too!
Great picks! I’ve been meaning to try out that Too Faced concealer! 🤩
Thank you Sara...now I know your name and how to spell it! LOL!!!! 😘
I love concealers! Definitely need to try some of those :)
Such good picks!! I need to get my hands on that ColoreScience. Might I add my faves- Doll 10 HydraLux and Jouer Full Coverage- so good!!
Thanks for the recs girl! 😘
This it the perfect video for today! I was literally just wondering what next concealer I should try out.
Awesome! I'm glad it helped!
Gr8 video Mrs. Stephanie!🧡🖤🧡
Thank you! 😘
Damn ittttttt Stephanie Marie, now I feel I must try that Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away! Ugh and the Too Faced! Thank you for this SUPER useful video. xo
You MUST try them Cate!! 😈😜 If you do, let me know what you think! Thanks girl!
Loved this video being 43 and having dark under eyes that crease easily. U did a great job love all ur picks.. also love the FAB bendy avacado concealer and osmosis brand concealer is phenomenal!! Love how thoroughly u review products.. great video
Thank you and thanks for the recs!
I do love my CT and Too Faced concealers. I also found the First Aid Beauty Bendy Avocado concealer. I reach for this one more frequently...maybe because it is new but love it too!
Great video. I have major under eye issues too. Btw your makeup looks flawless💗
Thank you Jill! 🤗
You are a saint!!! I really love your reviews!! You look absolutely awesome
Thank you so much! 😘
I have the maybelline one and it works well for me. I actually like the sponge applicator and most days I just dab a bit on and wear just sunscreen on my face. I usually put primer underneath, but it works just fine for me without it. I've tried a couple of liquid ones that crease in minutes after applying. I'll be adding some of your other recommendations to my list of things to try.
Thanks!!! I really want to try the CT
Your makeup looks beautiful. You are glowing.
Like you, I am currently loving my Too Faced concealer. I have struggled with the under eye corrector. I think I’ll take your suggestion and give colorscience a try. I’d love to see a video of your favorite setting powders. Thanks for the info😊
That is definitely on the horizon! Thank you Leslie!
Im 36 and have dry skin, i know the struggle. I went to go check out the new too faced concealer and unknowingly grabbed the born this way radiant concealer (skinner tube) I love it! Why has no one saud anything about that one!?
I talk about it in the video I linked with the 14 concealers! It's a good one also!
You have been my under eye guru. I have an issue and you always nail the cause. I follow your under eye care with the Kiehls Avovado eye cream ond the 3 in 1 ColorSciene. I did mind a concealer after 2 hous in Sephora and it's Milk Makeup! I was surprised. I compared it with Charlotte Tibury, Marc Jcobs, and a bunch of others and I don't regret the purchase at all. I was hoping to find nothing better then C.T. or Hourglass because it would make me feel better about dropping the coin. I'm happy and the color is a great match for my skin.
Awesome Donna!
Great recommendations! I'm tempted to get the newer Charlotte Tilbury concealer but it's pretty pricey in New Zealand $, it might be my Xmas present to myself, lol. I'm not sure if they're still available but Clinique had/has a range of correctors which was good. I'm pretty pale, with a cool undertone & very dark circles around my eyes. It's been difficult to find something that is light, cool and actually covers. But the pink Clinique one is great, It actually works! :)
I use the Dermablend liquid camo andbthe Nars creamy matte-the one in the pot. You got me wanting to try the CT!
I love the total eye, purchased it based on your recommendation. I think I’ve used it every day since. It really does last, I’m still on the first tube. I also love the Too Faced. Been thinking about trying KKW, the new Jouer one and the cover fx one. I don’t think I’ll be finishing up the Too Faced any time soon though!
That TF will last an eternity! So glad you like the Total Eye too!
Ty for the video. I love the Too faced it's great
It IS great! :)
Just bought the too faced after watching your video. The coverage is great
I'm so glad you like it! Thank you!
Great video, I want to try too faced one. Although I'm kind set with dior fix it colour 2 in 1 prime & colour correct face, eyes and lips (haha that's a long name) in shade 200 apricot. It brightness so nicely and corrects, that someone with less prominent dark cicrles than me could use it without concealer. As far as concealer goes I can't find anything better than nars radiant creamy concealer. I do use nars matte one in a pot and tarte shape tape from time to time.
I love the Too Faced concealer too! I love the Kevin Aucoin concealer as well. I need to try the Charlotte Tilbury one.
My favorite traditional concealers are Lancôme Effacernes and to correct Lancôme Teint Idole. I also like Urban Decay Naked concealer. However, once you hit 50, using concealers is very difficult. Lately I’ve been using my It Cosmetics CC cream in one shade lighter under my eyes (face is medium, light under the eyes) and it looks better than most of the concealers on me. I give up a little coverage, but I’d rather that than have all the texture enhanced! You’ll see, it’s a blast! Lol Thanks for your great video. You look beautiful as always! 💕
Can't wait! LOL! Thank you Lisa! 🤗
I use several different concealers. I have found that my perfect combo is mixing my face oil or serum with my concealers before applying it to my undereye- game changer for me :) Happy Thanksgiving Stephanie!!!
That sounds great! Happy Thanksgiving Diana!
I love the Bobbi Brown serum concealer. It’s so smooth and has great coverage. So expensive though for the amount you get so I got mine at the CCO when I was in the US last December.
I’m 65 and have avoided the ELDW because as mentioned, I thought it would be too dry. I live in the mountains of Central Mexico, higher than Denver, where the air is very dry in winter. I tried it along with a couple of others you recommended and it is the best for me when used with the Colorscience corrector. Also fell in love with W3ll People bio Powdwer to set. Thank you for your in depth reviews. While I watch other channels for fun, I depend on you and Hot and Flashy for the nitty gritty. I’m from Austin, way back when it was deemed the San Francisco of the Southwest!
Thank you so much! 💗
The Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer is my current favorite. I used to use the Estee Lauder Double Wear, but eventually decided it was too thick for me. I'm willing to give up a bit of coverage for a more natural, less creasy look. I've always had fleshy undereyes. When I was a kid, they tended to look swollen or puffy. Now that I've lost the youthful fat layer, they just look crepe-y, but mainly when I smile. Great video. I really need to try that Colorscience corrector.
That's so funny because I find Age Rewind to be thicker than the ELDW in terms of formulation. I think you'll really like the colorescience. It's got such a nice, thin consistency!
✨ I purchased the Colorescience Total Eye a month or so ago after using up a sample of it & it’s become a daily staple in my routine 💕 I use that in addition to the Even Up & Bronzing Perfector. I’ll have to take a look at that set 👌🏼 Although initially I didn’t love the Cle de Peau concealer - I’ve found I use it every day to the degree that it’s almost time for a new one 😊✨
Oh wow! I have a little sample of the CdP that I have to dip my finger in. I can't decide if I like it or not. Everyone else seems to love it. It may be the way I'm having to apply it with the little sample thing. I'm not sure!
Could you do a review on the Jouer concealer please?
Ruiqi Zhang that’s really good.
Hey great video ur skin looks amazing 😉 I want to try the low concealer/ powder combo that was 80 $ hope it’s there when I can purchase it. I love the double wear concealers I own 2 of them and I also do like shape tape for days I need coverage to stay for over 10 hours. My go to color corrector is usually ultas peach corrector I like it better then the benefit one. I also love Lancôme’s concealers both of them are amazing. But double wear is my reached for one in the winter.
Awesome! Thank you! Have a happy Thanksgiving!
From your picks I have the Bare Minerals stick concealer. I really like it and agree it's great for traveling. I do prefer the BareSkin Serum Concealer from Bare Minerals. It's very hydrating and works well for me. I tried a sample of the Born This Way and really like it but I'm holding off on purchasing because I have too many concealers. LOL! Thanks for the video!
Thank you Cheryl! 😘
Since I started using Too Faced I haven’t used anything else! I correct with Lancôme Teint Idole Camouflage in Bisque. I have, due to dark circles, started taking a tiny amount from inside the corner down into the dark areas around the bone to the outer corner and then use my TF and the results have been amazing! I love both products!
That's awesome! 😘
I mixed the Tarte shape tape and the Too Faced because both colors were off but it actually worked well. I was surprised I like that combo! I have even mixed the Colorscience in instead of separately.
Mixing is a great thing to do! 👍🏼
Thank you so so much for this video very helpful for me. I used the Maybelline age rewind. Love you 👍😍😍😍😍
Thank you! Love ya back! 😘
@@StephanieMarie ❤❤
Love Colorscience and ELDW❣
Thanks Tory! ❤️
My favorites are the Estée Lauder Double Wear and Bobbi Brown intensive serum concealer.
Wow! You always look beautiful, but today you look positively radiant! 😍
Oh wow! Thank you! 😘
I like the double wear the IT and shape tape. The maybelline one is good . I find the trick is to make sure I moisturize first then use a corrector Mac radiant rose or tacha pearl . I use a small amount of product and keep it in the center area and don’t fan the concealer out to the outer area or below any crows feet. Always trying to find the better option.
I'm 47, I don't have dark circles but just a little red/purple circles under my eyes when I'm tired. I love the Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer and it doesn't crease.
Right now I'm using the Colorescience Total Eye or the Urban Decay Naked Skin Peach Corrector and then Tarte's Creaseless Concealer or the Bare Minerals Serum Concealer. I have dry textured under eyes so these have been working well for me. The Maybelline concealer doesn't work for me, but I'll have to check out your other recommendations. ❤️
I'm glad those are working for you! 😘
Liked your video. The concealer I’m loving right now is the Josie Maran vibrancy.
Thank you Maria! 🤗
I agree with most of your picks, however, I also like the Cover FX concealer as well.
I loooove the maybelline age rewind for spot concealing on no foundation days. It blends right into my skin and looks so natural. I'm working through my nars radiant concealer and I'm not loving it but I think it's because it's getting pretty old 😕
I am actually looking for face products that cater to sensitive skin and i notice on my last visit to my allergist, i noticed colorscience. Id like to check it out..is the cide on this still good?
I love your make up in this video. I have trouble with concealers, but to be expected as I'm 68. What do you use as an under eye primer, serum or lotion? I mostly am using the Maybelline concealer but may try the Too Faced one. Thanks for a great video!
Hi Karen! If you check out my skincare routine playlist on my main channel page under the playlist tab, it will give you more information, Also, the dry under eye video I have linked here in the description box. For daytime though, I use LUA Eyebeam oil underneath Kiehl's Avocado Eye cream and let them sink in before going in with my Total Eye. Thank you!
This video I needed, great review...
Thank you!
I love the Makeup Forever full HD concealer. I use so little and it dries so I don't have to set. Love it ❤️
That's awesome!! 😘
Oooh! I was super excited about the Colorescience corrector when you introduced me to it way back. The formula ticks off all the boxes. Unfortunately, it doesn't look deep enough to correct for my NW45 skin tone. Any word on whether Colorescience plans to introduce any lighter or deeper tones?
Hi! They swear it works for all skin tones but your concern is a valid one for sure! I'll ask my contact and get back to you!
I have had good luck with the Maybelline and also Makeup Forever Ultra Hd. I can't bring myself to buy a KKW product, but if I had a chance to test the Charlotte Tillbury I would - it's a little pricey for my current budget. Helpful video as always!
Thank you! 😘
I like the DERMABLEND Smooth Liquid Camo Concealer
I’ve been using the colorscience corrector since you first recommended it. I use it sparingly, and need to really push it in, but I like the consistency and that it has an spf. I do wish it came in more shades. Maybe it does? I wear it alone and under concealers. For correcting my fav is cle de peau. It’s a stick 😳, but I only use a smidge and again I press it in. Lastly, I like all of the Armani correctors and concealers and there’s something about the undertone that always works on my skin...another novel 🥴😮! Shoot. Thanks for all the great info., you’re the best!
I think it's only in the one shade. I dab it on and lightly pat it in until it disappears and melds into the skin. LOL Gretchen! You're awesome! 😘
Stephanie Marie♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I use to love shape tape. Now I been using mac “painterly pot”. Its amazing
Stephanie what color do you use in the born this way concealer? Thanks for this review!
By the way, happy thanksgiving 🦃🍁
I can't recall offhand and am not near it to check but my matches are all linked for you guys in my description box! Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Mac studio fix 24 hr smooth wear concealer.... I’m 50 and found this on a fluke at Nordstrom and fell in love with it. I have a hard time with all concealers under my eyes but this one is amazing
Sounds awesome!
Thanks for this video. I used to use a very light coverage concealer and anytime I try anything fuller, it creases terribly. I will look into some of these.
Let me know how they work for you! Also, the dry under eyes video that I linked might help with setting things as well! Thank you!
Thank you for this info! Super helpful for my 47 year old self. I am currently using mineral fusion concealer and loving it. My other fav is 100 percent pure. Side note: I can't figure out why youtubers so often give the disclaimer that they are reading notes when they look down. Isn't that a given? I certainly don't mind it. It just shows they are organized and want to be as clear as possible.
Lol! I guess you’re right about the notes! 😂 It feels like sometimes we have to cover all the bases because you wouldn’t believe the snide comments we get sometimes over the silliest, smallest little things! 🙄😜 Thank you! I’m glad you found this helpful!
Great color for you.
Have you reviewed physicians formula powder foundation? I know it is old, however, I bought it for the first time this weekend and I loved it.
I haven't because every time I go look at it, the shades all seem a bit pink to me? It could be the lighting but I can never bring myself to bite the bullet since I can't swatch it. Silly I know!
For good drugstore concealer: have you tried Catrice Liquid Camouflage - High Coverage Concealer?
I have. I like it but don’t find it as hydrating for me as the ones here. 😘
I love the ELDW concealer. I haven’t tried the others but I’m interested in trying Too Faced. I’m over 40 and have a lot of the same skin issues you do (combo oily skin, under eye circles/puffiness and live in humid/muggy Mississippi) so I always appreciate and agree with your recommendations. Have you tried the newer Cover FX? I’m enjoying it at the moment. I did NOT like Shape Tape. Horribleness.
Thanks for all you help. You have taught me so much. (PS...Geaux Saints.)
I haven't because I haven't felt the need to try it with what I have. I've heard from a couple of people that it's not as moisturizing as the CT and TF and that said enough for me! Thank you Toni! Geaux Saints!
Stephanie Marie well now I need to try the TF. Lol my pocketbook thanks you.
Hi. I have really been enjoying watching all of your undereye videos (i am over 40) - correctors, concealers, and setting powders. to clarify - do you like the colorscience better than the Tarte CC undereye corrector and the Benefit Boing Brightening concealer?? I am also interested in your thoughts between the laura mercier versus the Boots no 7 setting powders that you mention. Any thoughts on your latest recommendations for all three products are appreciated. i think we have very similar undereye area - dry, fine lines, and dark circles.....thank you!!!
Yes, the CS is my holy grail. So hydrating and perfect plus it has SPF. The others are nice but it's what I reach for daily. I have a powders playlist you may want to check out but lately I'm setting my face with Lancome Long Time No Shine and my undereyes with Charlotte Tilbury's pressed powder. It's very smoothing on that area. :)
I’m 56.. Sephora gel concealer is a sleeper.. I adore it. I try not to powder much under my eyes. Beautypie has a cream concealer that rocks too.
Thanks for the recs! Thank you! 😘
I wanted to see, what you have and like. My favorite is the clinique line smoothing eye concealer (this if really for eye area not the airbrush concealer. that is great for skin esp. when one doesn't use any foundation). it doesn't matter, if I work it in with fingers or with a buffy brush. at the end, I tap slightly with my finger tips on it. that ensures, that it doesn't crease throughout the day. products from clinique and estee lauder are build like that very often. even the foundation. with the warmth of the hands one should tap on over slightly along side lines to lock it in. I have great feedback with it even on days, where I don't wear any foundation. people think, that is how my eye area looks naturally. (color selection is important of course)
Thanks for your feedback! 💗
I use the pixi color corrector followed by age rewind and set with tarte setting powder.
Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer topped with ELF HD undereye setting powder. I have tried the Laura Mercier version and I went back to the ELF. It just stayed looking smoother for so much longer - total lack of that crepey-like texture. I have both darkness and bags to cover - I’m 40 for the record - and this has been my combo for the past 3-4 years.
Sounds awesome!!
The bendy concealer is another great one by First Aid Beauty. The Huda Beauty overachiever I’d like to get your thoughts on. It looks to have great coverage, but don’t know about the formula.
I was so surprised the laura mercier flawless, cover fx, and the jouer concealers werent on this list. Curious your thoughts on these? thank you! :)
After hearing multiple times that they weren't as hydrating or were more drying under the eyes than the TF and CT products that I'm so satisfied with, I didn't venture there. I'm super happy with these concealers.
Awesome video! What shade are you in the Too Faced concealer? You didn't mention it. Thank you!
I have my entire concealer match list in my description box for you guys in case I missed some. Sorry about that! I keep it and my foundation matches updated over on my blog as a reference for you guys. 😘
I've had the colorescience on my radar for over a year now, it sounds like it performs much like my beloved tatcha pearl except that it has SPF, something that I wish the pearl had. It's been a game changer for me, a late 40's lifelong allergy and migraine sufferer. If anyone knows about dark circles I certainly do! Now I only need to disguise the shadow from my orbital bone with concealer, I no longer use it under my eyes thanks to the pearl. One of these days I'll try the colorescience for the SPF, until then I'll just keep applying my sunscreen as close as I dare... =)
I do love that Maybelline concealer, I HATE that applicator enough to keep me from repurchasing it though -- and it's the main reason I haven't tried CT's Magic Away. Whether I leave the sponge on or I rip it off it's a total mess and I just can't deal with that so, sorry Charlotte. At that price point you should come up with better packaging!
Let me know how you like it compared to the Tatcha when you do try it. I understand migraines all too well. So sorry. :(
*💗Do you agree with any of my picks? What concealers and correctors do YOU love right now? 💗*
Agreed, and I have to add that I also love the Dermablend Smooth Liquid Camo concealer and Catrice Liquid Camouflage concealer. Both work well and don't make me crepey and dry looking.
Awesome Cara! Thanks for the recs!
I recently bought the Too Faced concealer and I am really liking it! I also use Maybelline Age Rewind.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family 🦃🥧🤗
Stephanie Marie agree, especially Maybelline, wish it didn't pull so yellow. Hoping Santa brings me a Colorscience 🤞... I've been a good girl, really Santa I have 😇
I like all of the ones I have tried...Charlotte Tillbury is fantastic . Love the too faced one and the colorscience
I'm 42 and this is just my type of video, thanks!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
I like the Clarins concealer
Have you tried the First Aid Beauty Bendy Concealer? I just got it and it's sooooooo good!
I haven't! The name has me intrigued!
