Saying a game gets good 10 hours in = Saying the game sucks.
I can never get those 10 hours back, when I could have actually been doing something fun.
How many MMO's, RPGs, etc are a slug at the beginning that turn into great games after that point? 80$ price tag is wild but blanket statements like that are just straight up incorrect. FF14 is the best MMO on the market but takes hundreds of hours to get good?
@@seapower2109 I stand by what I said. If you have to play a game's worth of a bad game to get to a good game, it's a bad game. The fact that some stuck it out to find something delicious in their turd sandwich doesn't change the fact that they just ate a turd sandwich.
This is especially true since only 10-20% of people play a game to the end... and that include games they like. It's going to be a much lower percent for gamers suffering through 10+ hours of poor gameplay for the "But It Eventually Gets Good" games you are defending. Most simply won't ever get to the good part.

@@KenMathis1 Name me 1 video game that is good start to finish which means the game reaches a 10/10 within the first mission/chapter and does not get any better or worse through the entire game. (hint that excludes any game with any sort of progression system at all)
@@seapower2109 That's a strawman. I'm talking about games that take ~10-ish hours or more before they "get gud". I'm not talking about games that have a tutorial section that walks players through learning how to play that game that lasts for only a fraction of that time. But if you need a concrete example to prove you wrong, then God of War was excellent right from the beginning.

I gave up when it wanted me to sign upto to their crap manually, im not typing all that stuff with a controler, if that's bad the game has to be. I've never found 1 game that gets good after 10 hours, if a game is bad after 1 hour I'm not playing it
so youve never played any RPGS, MMOs, any shooter with a progression based system etc? The witcher 3 sucks for the first few hours until you leave the starting area? you're kinda just dick riding lol

There is a chili flavored beer a friend of mine has. By itself it is pretty rough, but if you have it with Wendy’s chili it’s drinkable. I don’t wanna say it’s good, but it just taste like you were drinking chili while you’re eating chili. I guess I’m saying if you’re eating chili, it’s masking the fact that you’re drinking it and it’s less gross but it’s definitely interesting and should be included in a charity stream to make other Joe drink.
Can you find out the name of that beer and post it here? Might go great with Pig Lips!

It's a decent game to play with friends, especially if you like wave fighting games. If you have gamepass it is worth a try, if you dont, its probably not worth outright buying

Nah man it's just a lot of AAA games are getting worse and worse. Focusing on there "live service" platform.
Best we can do I just play games that deserve support like indie titles or AA studios
You're not the one who's changing, it's the gaming industry. Baldur's Gate 3 and Elden Ring are like beacons of hope showing that there are still studios out there who care about the people buying their games, rather than just caring about the investors; filling their games with microtransactions and live service bullshit like most devs these days.
Elden Ring was WAY too overhyped and people just living off the Dark Souls series. Its just a physics based third person action melee game with devs who could care less about the community lol from soft fans the new COD fan boys.
Nah, exoprimal has its problems but it's a cool game. On the surface level it seems generic, but it has lots of hidden tech. I find it more close to a devil may cry or a character action game then to a shooter. Elden ring a beacon of hope? Kkkkkkk guess I would think that too if I haven't played dark souls 1 to 3. Soulsborne is just lazy by now. People thinking is different from the rest it's like people saying they love a certain unknown band called arctic monkeys.
I’ll say I played the game for like a good 3 hours before getting the the 1000 raptors mission and it was so underwhelming and deleted it after. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on it cuz it’s Litterally just overwatch warframe. Pvp and PVE are Litterally the same thing it’s hilarious. When you get a good head start somehow the other team catches up and somehow gets a dominator before us so I’m confused on the bonuses. It’s a mid game
You know something wrong with OJ's Gollum parody is more entertaining that this game's theme and writing. There's just something unnatural and awkward about blasting lizards that have no real agenda or intelligence.
