I feel like the dead Millie's also sort of symbolize Blitzo's feeling like he just makes people's lives worse/hurts them just by being part of their lives, because outside of the one representing her getting killed at Loo Loo Land, where you could argue he would have been responsible since he's the one who set the fire, all of these were cases where he didn't really have any control over the danger? Murder Family and CHERUB were them doing their job. Harvest Moon Festival was all Striker. And Spring Broken, the fish monster showed up because Verosika threw her Beezlejuice into the ocean. But Blitzo only sees the scenarios as "She was able to be in danger because she was with me."
@DarkMasterofCupcakes I've seen other people talk about the dead alternate versions of millie the same way that cryptid did,and I belive them alot more than I belive you,you have 0 evidence behind what your saying
Blitz eating his ice cream with easy cheese in this case makes sense. If you look at the flavour, it’s Carolina Reaper 😂 going back into how Blitz loves cheese and hot sauce haha Another detail I noticed here is that the point of origin for the fire that consumed his mom was where his hand was touching her. “Died by his hand” quite literally
15:12 I like the detail of his mother starting to burn where he touched her. it also makes his reaction to Millie approaching him later more understandable
Something interesting that I only just clocked while watching this video and looking at the scene with blitzø and his mother, his outfit is actually different to the one he was in before. He’s got those dots on his teeth that represent what I think are braces, and he’s also got on the outfit that he used to wear at the circus. So, in that scene he’s quite literally being taken back to that exact moment in time, mentally AND physically. That moment with his mother is so strong in his mind that he can’t envision himself any other way in that moment. He’s not in his usual I.M.P clothes, nor the outfit he wears while at the show, he’s in that same outfit from that exact same moment in time. It really shows that even though that he’s gotten stronger and more skilled with age, he still feels helpless when remembering that memory. The attention to detail in this show is just amazing.
This is quite a good analysis. And the dead Millies definitely seem to be helping to cement Blitzo's feelings that he makes everyone he meets worse with them representing what could have happened. Though it not as if he was involved in all those incidents like with the Murder Family and Cherub Millie was doing a job and it wasn't his fault when she got hurt when it went wrong. And as someone else mentioned in the comments the only death he 'might' have been responsible for is maybe the loo loo land for the fire but robo fizz was the antagonizer. It likely why right after he sees his mom, the very one that made him believe he ruins everyone else's lives just by being with them. It interesting to see how much guilt he has that he just doesn't express but clearly holds onto as it colors his views keeping people at a distance. Which makes the fact Millie went and said how he didn't make her life worse just, beautiful. As it contradicts everything he thinks about himself~
I really felt this episode, I am familiar with that sort of nightmare. I was my mom's care giver until she died. She was terrified of hospitals but had 4 major slone surgeries. She kept going to make sure I was okay and tried to hide the pain she was in. Like Blitz I feel responsible for her death because I was. An infection put her into organ failure and she went into a coma and I had to be the one to decide to keep her on life support or not. I chose to let her go, which was the right call, but that seed of doubt is enough for nightmares like this.
I didn't even realize that Blitzø either didn't do anything or not even there all those instances of "what if" Millie deaths on S1 I.M.P. Missions. That is absolutely genius since Rolando feeds on insecurity, and Blitzø's source of it is failing to help in dangerous situations that, as Blitzø sees it, he's the 'cause for them happening.
I've watched this episode, twice, and absolutely love it BECAUSE of how dark and twisted it is. Millie mentions about how Blitz is after the "break up," but Blitz yells at her and says that it's "not" a "breakup" because he "needs to be in a relationship to have those" while looking really depressed. It's clear that he's still unsure of how he feels, but he feels SOMETHING for Stolas that is close to feeling love. It's just he's scared because he's probably seen how terrible of a marriage his parents had. We knew that SOMEONE had even kept Blitz and Fizz apart after the accident. I had a hunch that it was Cash Buckzo because his dad clearly favorite Fizz more. Probably even pitted Fizz and Blitz against each other many times. However, I also have a feeling that cash had abus3d his son and daughter a LOT. Probably even did it to the mom.
I read a theory from someone else that ties back to a previous episode. Relando the infester demon seems very similar in appearance to Glitz and Glam from the Mammon episode. What if they were using similar powers to influence Fizzaroli's insecurities in that episode? Fizz did seem to grow more panicked every time they talked to him. Could be coincidence, but I liked the theory so much I had to share it with you.
Sarcastic chorus video is a great review for this episode. There's alot lacking for this one, Millie feels too bland because her character isn't fleshed out enough for her to sit there and say to Blitz that she appreciates him when he constantly disrespects her and Moxxie. Check out the video to understand more.
Sarcastic Chorus has a lot of mid takes, I disagree with their take on this episode especially. But I really dislike everyone always calling Millie bland, she’s not.
@tisvana18 the show speaks to my issues or I suppose the same as sarcastic choruses video because this latest show drop is the third Millie episode we have gotten, but what I have a problem with is that the show itself doesn't seem to take Millie seriously. Yes she is with Blitz and Moxie, and Luna for IMP but there's no substance between her and Blitz that justify her telling him (after he sees his mother die in front of him in the latest episode) that she feels the way that she does towards Blitz when he has constantly done her and Moxie wrong. The "unconditional love" card thing my have been played off as a joke though the tone deaf emotional drop of witnessing (as the audience) Blitz's mother die a horrible death and understanding why he does things the way that he does to just, oh well, Millie already knows the cure for his self loathing let's just have her emotional dump her personal feelings about the why's and how's for why she feels the way she does even though Blitz constantly shows that he could care less. It just felt like an unrewarding moment from her to me.
When youfail to realize the black "ink" was actually blood because hellborns bleed black
it's a fish demon dumbass, some fish have ink,you can't blame us for thinking it's ink when it's possible for some fish to have fucking ink
how didn't i think of that!? cheers for the detail, now it makes SO much more sense!

Love this analysis and how much you clearly love this show

Sweet analysis, I think is is pretty accurate.
glad you enjoyed!
Got a few tears when explaining around the part about Blitz's mom
I didn't even realize that Blitzø either didn't do anything or not even there all those instances of "what if" Millie deaths on S1 I.M.P. Missions.

"Blitz bought 200 taxidermy owls and won't let me leave until I burn all of them"
Blitz, my guy, I love you...but wtf

And it’s ghostfvckers
Why didn’t you cover the burning owls? It’s symbolism for how Blitzø feels about his relationship with Stolas.

It’s an 8/10 episode not the best
cartoon hater
@@adamk-paxlogan7330Sucks i don't think you know what a hater is if you think giving an 8/10 counts as hate
yeah i can absolutely see why you think that, and it's great to have some conflicting opinions outside of my own so i appreciate the comment!
@@adamk-paxlogan7330Sucks what? 8/10 is still a pretty high rating xD still means it was quite enjoyable.
