Nice!!, glad it worked out! :D I would recommend to have the last chamber water level a little below the hole so you have some water movement in there also!, you don't want any dead zones in the aquarium.
Thanks! I’ll give it a try. Right now all chambers are the same. Only thing I’m worried about is the level in the mid chamber will be too low for the heater.
Thanks! It’s important to identify the brown algae. It could be not algae at all but could be cyano, diatoms, or dinoflagellates. And they require different actions to address. For actual algae I now prefer handling it using natural cleanup crew of snails and crabs etc.
@@skippersreef4009 yes I have the 2 if you can maybe come take a look at my newest video and let me know I now have it all over my tank Snails and crabs
@@ReviewThatVideo1 yeah definitely looks like diatoms. Another question do you use rodi water for makeup and top off? Because high silicates usually feed diatoms. But really doesn’t look like you have too much. You can just try to remove what’s there and wait and when their food source runs out they’ll die off. If they’re increasing then definitely check for silicates.
@@skippersreef4009 no I don’t use our old Rodi water I pre-mix my own water and use a water conditioner I did my first water change last week and did a vacuum back I don’t know if it’s my light that is causing this to happen but how do I stop feeding this diatom? Thanks for all of your help
@@ReviewThatVideo1 I ask because most tap water has silicates that an rodi filter system would remove. If the diatoms don’t go away, that could be the reason.
I think the scape looks good! You could always add another little rock later to cover up the bioblock.
Thanks! Yeah that’s true. I should pick up some small rocks next time I go to my lfs.

Submersible pump size? Gph?
It’s a Sicce Syncra Nano up to 110 gph. Prolly should have gone a little bigger tho.
