    Have been lifting consistently for the past 8 years and agree with these findings. I do, however, stick to at least 10 sets per muscle per week. The 6 on 1 off split works best for me.

    these days everyone says something different... just go to the gym and work to near faillure on every workset you do and you`ll be good

      It is true that fitness information out there can get overwhelming. However my information is coming from personal experience and science backed research. Do you personally train until failure on each set?
