Lemon Cream Cheese Cookies

Soft Lemon Cream Cheese Cookies made with lemon zest.
The addition of cream cheese in these lemon cookies makes them extremely tender and moist. Resulting in soft lemon cookies.
By sprinkling with powdered sugar after baking, the lemon and cream cheese biscuits look like little snowballs and they are a fantastic addition to the Christmas season!
👉🏼 INGREDIENTS(FOR 30 COOKIES):
• 120 g soft butter
• 120 g cream cheese, room temperature
• 160 g of sugar
• 1 egg
• 250 g flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• Zest of a lemon
• Icing sugar for decoration
Baking time: 10 minutes / 180°C
