Excellent job on the set up for the truck bed! That would be a great set up for a fire-medic rapid response truck.
Why only put one visor light?

the single visor light is hideous. either get a full set of visors or use a full light bar with a TA and takedowns.
You do realize that they can only do what the customer asks for. If the customer only wanted a passenger side RST then that’s what will be installed.
Department preference. They build to suit the agency. Some agency's don't want to obstruct the view of the driver and don't want to deal with a light bar
