Maybe Björk would be an interesting addition. Her music certainly isn't Progressive Rock, but rather Avantgard. But it's kind of in the same vein. And some of her works can only be described as concept albums.
Although I'm more a folk music fan than any other genre, I do have a soft spot for Black Sabbath 'Master Of Reality'. The track After Forever is especially splendid. Mind you, it looks to me as if you have so many records...dozens upon dozens of records...I wonder how you ever find the time to listen to them all.
Quite a collection again! I don't have many B albums... I have two BÖC albums, Tyrrany and Mutation and Fire of Unknown Origin, plus Blind Guardian's At the Edge of Time (I'll admit that power metal is just fun sometimes). I sort solo artists by first name currently, so I also have one album by Ben Folds, Rockin' the Suburbs, that I've never listened to but I know my sister used The Luckiest as the first dance with her husband at their wedding so I bought it cheap at some point. And if we count CDs I saved to my computer from my parents' collection there's four Boston albums, I know it's weird to have more than two but there you go I guess.
Don’t feel guilty about loving Bread! Lou Barlow is a big fan. Love the Canadian Indie content! The Besnard Lakes and Broken Social Scene have a bunch of great albums.

Smack dab in the middle is Bongwater preceded by Tommy Bolin and followed by Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band. Of course I have all the usual suspects that you would expect a 61 year old freak to have. The oldest albums I have in B are albums by Les Baxter and the newest would be Black Crowes latest. Who doesn’t love talking about what they have? I certainly do but it isn’t my show. But it’s fun going through what you have in B.
