Tricia and I love to escape for weekend getaways, exploring hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path cities. Every trip feels like an adventure, as she has this incredible gift of uncovering the soul of each place we visit. Whether it’s a local eatery or a tucked away Honky-Tonk only the locals know, she always makes sure we experience each city in its truest form. I’m constantly in awe of the care and thoughtfulness she puts into planning our adventures.
There’s one trip to El Paso, Texas that will forever stand out. It was the middle of summer, and the heat was like nothing I’d ever felt before-dry, intense, and unforgettable. But despite the sweltering temperatures, we had the time of our lives. That weekend was special, not just because of the city, but because of her-her unwavering effort to fill my life with rich, beautiful experiences.
