I met James Harrison back in the offseason heading into the 2008 season. At Heinz field they had fan appreciation day, and I was only I think 13 years old & he was extremely nice. My mom went to take the picture & she messed up and he slammed his big ol’ fist on the table and said “women right? Come on lady get it together.” Lmfao the picture is still on my Facebook. His head was just as big as my entire torso & you can tell when you see the picture 😂
My son is only 6 years old and him and i will sit down and watch older games for him not so much me but its a blessing to be able to watch them and school him on all the greats and he wears his jersey every gameday and is swinging his terrible towel
I was born in 08 in December wrapped in a terrible towel, so I guess I watched the Super Bowl, but I dont remember it cause I wasn't even 1 lol. I at least remember the killer B's, and that was great, but we didn't even go to the superbowl with them.
I know you won’t read this, but James Harrison is an example of Steeler football. He could’ve played in any era. Thank you for the memories and that you made in the Super Bowl was one of the best plays of all time. Great interception took it back to the house with time running out Before half against the Cardinals”Deebo!
I remember meeting him we moved to north hills across from a college. He asked me for some super glue . The sole of his shoe tore loose . He was my neighbor lol Nice guy .
I ran into him on a Wednesday evening when I was in college, dude came in and ordered like 100 wings and sat down. Loudly said "I'm tired, none of y'all come over"...one dude went over with his gf and asked for a pic and he got the death stare...dude walked away, Deebo got his wings and paid every open tab in the joint EXCEPT the dude who came up to him 😂😂😅 Met him again a couple years later at a fan event and I brought up the story, his response was "bet he learned his lesson" with a tiny chuckle. Dude's real
True legend of the NFL. Awesome Steeler. You will forever be on of the greats James. Thank you James for everything you have given to Steelers Nation. We love you for it and always will.
Having coach, Dick LeBeau as his DC was the best thing that happened to James. It was when then OLB, Clark Haggans hurt his hand lifting weights. Once James got the starting nod to replace Clark the starting position was his and the rest is history.
James WAS held every single time he rushed the passer.I guess the game would've taken too long to play if they called every one but it was ridiculous and he STILL found a way to be successful. RESPECT
One of my all time favorite Steelers of all time and YES that was the greatest play in SB history followed closely by the Big Ben TD pass to Santonio Holmes
Dude is a monster stud!! Should've won the MVP in the SB after that 100 yd TD - it's literally the only reason the Steelers won!! I'm still pissed about that! LOL
Imagine as QB you walk up to line of scrimage behind center, straight ahead is Casey Hampton, look left and you see James Harrison, ok, look right and you see Lamar Woodley. YIKES! I’d go back in the huddle!
When he admitted to not take it seriously his first couple years, thats honesty there. Doesnt make excuses, just makes outcomes. Thats unintentionally role model shit lol
The Steelers always get shafted by the schedule. Remember a few years ago, the Ravens had to play a Sunday night game at the Steelers and Harbaugh complained and the schedule was changed???? I do!
Mom: Jimmy, you can’t play football, you’re going to get hurt! James: lays down on bench, pops 875 lbs up/down 17 times Mom: ok, you can play football.
The greatest touchdown in Superbowl history 🙌. Thank you my brother for your effort 👌.
Damn right
So candid and no fuss sensibility. James Harrison is a complete package and an All Time Great Steeler.
Damn right
Hopefully?? Brother.. you ARE one of those greats. Don’t ever doubt that for 1 second.
James you are definitely one of the best
Absolute a legend. So happy to see him in black and gold. James made that Defense so good with him and Porter they were nasty.
The full embodiment of what a Steeler player is and should be in attitude and in play!!
It’s great to see James , post career still doing things with the Steelers .

Miss seeing this man play. What a beast he was on the field and still works hard off the field.
James Harrison is one of the greatest Steelers all time. Loved watching him play and intimidating the offense
Pittsburgh Steelers gold right here with this man.
My son is only 6 years old and him and i will sit down and watch older games for him not so much me but its a blessing to be able to watch them and school him on all the greats and he wears his jersey every gameday and is swinging his terrible towel

@Iceline_productions You should watch the James Harrison and Levon Kirkland era.

What a beast. Legendary. He gave me so much joy. Thank you James
One of the greatest to ever lace em up. Thx for the memories 92!
JAMES HARRISON IS A BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's one of the reasons I chose to go to Kent St. Him and Eugene Jarvis 😎
Having coach, Dick LeBeau as his DC was the best thing that happened to James.
It was when then OLB, Clark Haggans hurt his hand lifting weights. Once James got the starting nod to replace Clark the starting position was his and the rest is history.

His story and determination is very motivating! He never gave up on himself. The rest is History
43 was my fave Super Bowl. Best offenseive and defensive plays in one game.
This is what an NFL success story looks like. A flawed player recognized that he needed to change and DID. Now he's a legend
The man The legend!
What a legend 💯🔥🔥
James you will always be know as the player who performed the greatest Superbowl play in history!!!!
Steelers Nation loves you!
Dude is a monster stud!! Should've won the MVP in the SB after that 100 yd TD - it's literally the only reason the Steelers won!! I'm still pissed about that! LOL
100% THE greatest play in Superbowl history!
You don't have to worry anything about "hopefully" . . . James, you are the epitome of the Steelers, period.
One of my favourite all time Steeler linebackers! 💪🏼
And still the second greatest play in Steeler history.
Great interview
Go steelers Go 🙌
Is this interview the reason he was in the building and dropped in the Khan Artists office when Kahn was on Mafee?
Imagine as QB you walk up to line of scrimage behind center, straight ahead is Casey Hampton, look left and you see James Harrison, ok, look right and you see Lamar Woodley. YIKES! I’d go back in the huddle!
James Harrison is a complete package and an all time great steeler
won those 2 Super Bowl Rings against Seattle and Arizona back in the day yessir
James, you are one of those guys.
Legend
James was my favorite player in the nfl
Really great hearing Deebo open up in this interview. Pittsburgh Steelers legend!
James, your name is brought up every single time when we are talking about Steelers greats.

In a franchise RICH with great linebackers this man is amoung the top of em
His mom being worried HE would be the one to get hurt :)
Jh is a beast
❤❤❤❤ #92 ❤❤❤❤ somebody make a movie! Always the Silverback!
Hall of famer...for sure.
When he admitted to not take it seriously his first couple years, thats honesty there. Doesnt make excuses, just makes outcomes. Thats unintentionally role model shit lol
I hope this media cycle leads to him getting into to HoF!
SALUTE 🫡 ... THE STANDARD .... IS THE STANDARD .
DEEBO!
Me hurting other people! Love it. Our defense then was DAWGS!
Deebo, Lloyd Watt... legends
Imagine them in the same locker room. Would they even get along??lmao....would be insane on the field
The best LB we had! Deebo didn’t play! Could still play today probably! HOFer
Love James Harrison. I also remember how he finished his career. On a team that we couldn't beat for 20 years. Pretty fucked up my man.
Funny hearing him acknowledge the 2 day vet nickname. Lmao
1. LT...2...deebo! Greatest ever
Mama you almost robbed me of my all-time favorite Pittsburgh Steeler
Harrison is Steelers linebacker
Yes sir; you are indeed part of 'that legend'- not withstanding your brief Patriot visit.
Would you rather Fight Two Male kangaroos Or James Deebo Harrison after His 99 yard INT?
Considering he was sucking oxygen after the TD I'll take my chances with James.
I'm tired coach
@NathanCline12-21 he said 'boss'😅
Gimme the kangaroos, Deebo can probably whip me laying on his back lmfao
Thought it said the machine at first
The Steelers always get shafted by the schedule.
Remember a few years ago, the Ravens had to play a Sunday night game at the Steelers and Harbaugh complained and the schedule was changed???? I do!
I like how he mentioned how he was nicknamed "Silverback" but didn't throw some liberal-Karen tantrum because he thought it was racist.
Mom: Jimmy, you can’t play football, you’re going to get hurt!
James: lays down on bench, pops 875 lbs up/down 17 times
Mom: ok, you can play football.
Yall been sayin its their year since 96😭😭
How did you get the name debo...... Seriously dude???? You really had to ask that?
Other kids mothers should’ve been worried about let their kids play against James Harrison!! L😂L
HOF
Deebo!
