So happy I found these videos!! Literally training myself for my job. Some of the techniques I was told to do were incorrect and some other techniques were up to me try and figure out. This is saving my job and helping the company I work for in so many ways. Which was always a goal I was trying to achieve but didn't have all the skills and knowledge I needed. Ty

Llevo usando kremlin por mas 6 años continuamente en mi trabajo "waterborncoatings" de producto , al igual tengo muchos mas años de experiencia con pressure pot, hvlp, también pinto autos y pistolas como anest iwata, devilbiss pro lite ,dvi ect , mi trabajo tiene q ser perfección en el producto por el tipo de cliente .porque xcite no puede tener la misma calidad de autorización en el finish como una simple prolite 1.3 1.4 tip? Siempre se ahoga y tengo que blend el pedazo seco que me deja, me hace build up en el en el tip y se tapa, los o rings no duran, me mezcla el aceite con la pintura y tengo que remplazar el piston y los seals , no agarra pintura en una cantidad de menos de 4 pulgadas del fondo ,muchas veces para un buen finish necesitas poner mucho más material self level flow mas dinero en pintura. Tuve que aprender a arreglarlas para salvar dinero en mantenimiento para la compañía aún cuando las piezas son caras porque ni los técnicos profesionales saben como arreglarlas correctamente. Me gusta la idea y lo liviana que son pero la critica no es para desacreditar, uso 4 sistemas a la vez todos los días, 1 solo primer, 2 solo sanding sealer y clear, 3 colores blancos, 4 colores oscuros . Si se pudiera hacer este tipo de mejoras nos haría la vida más facil porque no soy el único finisher lidiando con esto.

@@Sames_company The distance from the gun to the surface being sprayed is huge. The coating stays wet and the wet edge lasts for a long time. So:
*What is the viscosity of the coating?
*What is this coating that has such a long open time?
*What size tip is being used?
* What is the fluid pressure and what is the air pressure settings?
*What pump?

@@georgeramirez4539 When i soup up my finish with retarder and/or reducers, dimples form in my finish film. Is it me, but who starts a tabletop in the middle of the panel?
