It is important to note that when you're leveling baking, brewing, and alchemy you really need at least 2 water wells to keep up with water demand.

If you are collecting lard for the bread, you'd be better farming suet from the boars and converting them into lard at the cooking hearth. 2 suet gets you 5 lard.
