Prof Dave have you considered doing an engineering playlist? Seems like it's the only STEM subject you haven't touched yet You could work your way through the different disciplines like mechanics, structures, materials, thermofluid dynamics, electronics, signal processing, nuclear etc
Nxck2440 I mean... to be fair, it's something that's _pretty easy_ to mess up if you're not knee deep in it. I'm not insulting his intelligence in any way, but I don't know how much time he'd spend studying computers and engineering as opposed to Chemistry, Physics, and mathematics. 🤷🏾♂️
@@ivoryas1696 forget software, that’s the boring engineering. I’d like to see stuff on material science for example. Lots of links to pure science, i view engineering and science as two sides of the same coin and love to study both
@@Nxck2440 ... No it isn't? Coding is something I like _a _*_hell_* of a lot less than mechanical and electrical engineering or physics, but it's *mad* important to brush off. For instance, physicist are basically required to get good at computer science to run simulations, and coming from someone who's as bored of IT as the next Mech E, you can get _a _*_hell_* of a lot of mileage off of studying how computers work to better utilize and optimize their processes. I actually revitalized some of my interest in science, although admittedly not really because of software...
@@ivoryas1696 coding is piss easy, any engineer can (and should) pick it up during their degree. And beyond that an analysis of computer systems is only required if you’re actually into that stuff. Anyway my point was that software and computers are very much a man-made thing, so might not fit into Dave’s channel as well as he focused on natural sciences mainly
Nice video, I was taught one way the stille-gennari modification selectivity is obtained is though inductive effects of the CF3 groups that make the phophorus cation more positive, which encourages the kinetic oxaphosphetane formation to occur over slow acid base reaction.
Its really annoying that youtube is recomending your members only videos endlessly. I have yt premium, I watch around 70 channels actively, I wont have money to pay them all just to check if I missed out on something or not. Was it not good when ppl who have the money gave it when they felt like? Also... Im not sure if I want to support this trend. yt worked like this cos it was free... when its not free, it has value, and that leads to a trend that we have neglected, but Im much happier to support ;D YARRR
@ProfessorDaveExplains Professor Dave, can i please ask you to make a video on Concave Earth conspiracy? I miss your debunk videos. They were very fun. Thank you Sir!

the g.o.a.t love the library of knowledge this channel has become
hooray, O Chem!
Thanks so much for all you do.
Do you remember the flat earther who accidentally proved that the earth is round? lol

I want a piano or other instrument course
More reactions please!!
I’m still trying to process what I just watched.😅
Thanks Dave!

Professor Dave? You have a PhD?….
You should teach us about malloc and free
What happened to the applied chemistry session ?
Sucky Monday, eh Wael
Sucky indeed!
@@waelfadlallah8939 why are you two always here first lmao
@@Nxck2440 nothing weird just consider it as two classmates attending to the same session. Will you be our third buddy? 🙏
Is it possible to do HWE reaction with alpha amino/cyano substituted esters?
Yes
Dave, can u tell us about climate change
