Your aren't in over your head, actually your capable of doing what you intend to. Like you said "It's possible, just very hard". It may be scary, but your someone who can make it happen. Beyond that you know EXACTLY what you need to do, and in what fashion, and what attributes you need to in in order to complete it. Sounds to me you got the plan. Great Video!
The separation between having a goal, knowing how to achieve it and actually materializing it often feels way larger than it actually is and my biggest enemy is making that gap feel so much larger and overwhelming myself but no ones ever been great by just sitting around and waiting.
