One might argue this gives a narrow representation of metal on television but for those who don't know, almost all dutch artists who visit this program play the 'nice songs' because the audience doesn't accept it. Maybe its awesome to sometimes show people what other amazing music comes from our country.
Its because when a band plays its the moment people change channels so they have to keep it brief and interesting for people to keep watching the programme.
How could they not do the first half of the song? I think by doing the last bit of the song played to the expectation of what people 'think' metal is only about - when it is so much more.

But the audience is not there for the music, and it shows... kinda. No headbanging there. The pope in the audience is not the lead singer from 'Ghost' but the Dutch version of Santa Claus.
Ok, I understood about two words from the opener, one being "textures". If by chance you were saying that stef had a terminal illness (god forbid), can I be your new drummer? Ok, laters bitches.
Textures is zo'n beetje het enige echt goede dat ik ooit daar heb zien staan, maar de nummer keuze, vooral het fragment, vind ik toch echt niet representatief voor hun kwaliteit, noch hun brilliante verscheidenheid.

In France, it's impossible to see metal on popular TV shows! Even our famous band Gojira aren't invited in music shows! You're lucky :)
