Beautiful home. Love how spacious the bedrooms are. I like that it had a pool with an outdoor barbecue kitchen BUT what is up with Atlanta and unfinished basements. It’s so weird and unprofessional to me. (The builders of course) That would have never been acceptable back in the days.
Nice home. I like bedroom #3, closet and the bathroom. Media room, man I was making ideas in my head. Pool is purrfect. I started watching you a few years back when the description said 2 basements and I had to see that.

I saw this house and trapped b/t this one which cost a bit more than this other home...119 Le Brun Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30342 I am glad no one got it yet... I like both of them but second option has a bit more land and the windows are placed on the home for maximum privacy and a lot more usable land but there maybe an HOA which I despise.... LOL
