Sweet & Savory Instant Mixes

In this video I'm showing you how to make 3 different sweet & savory instant mixes that I use regularly. Everything mix I use when making Everything bagels and is great in any recipe, Seasoning Salt that is used in everything from topping baked potatoes to seasoning steak or pork chops and finally a sweet treat that everyone loves, a simple ingredient chocolate milk instant mix which is a Nesquik copycat.

Recipe 1 - Everything spice mix
1 1/2 Tbsp dehydrated onion
1 Tbsp garlic powder or minced dried garlic
1/2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp Kosher or Sea salt, coarse
Recipe 2 - Hy's copycat seasoning salt
1/2 c. Kosher or Sea Salt, ground or left coarse
4 Tbsp Smoked paprika
2 Tbsp Chili powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp white pepper
1 Tbsp white sugar, regular or organic
1 Tbsp yellow mustard powder
Recipe 3 - Chocolate Milk Mix
1/3 c. cocoa powder
2/3 c. white sugar, regular or organic

Looks great Karen! I love seasoned salt so I'm going to try this when I get some of the ingreidents! Does the Quick Mix dissolve easily in the milk? Thanks for sharing!!❤❤❤

It dissolves fairly quickly, but I'm sure a more powdered sugar would work even better. I've been making this recipe for a while and have found that the cocoa powder takes a bit of stirring, but otherwise it's tasty.
