I don’t see nothing wrong someone being nervous going for an interview, it doesn’t means the person is not genuine or not credible, is human nature, even going for a employment interview you sometimes feel nervous, because by nature humans don’t like disappointments or when they get denied for something, if you are going to judge people base on their body language or because they are nervous or because they don’t have eyes contacts with the interview officer than you will be wrong, you might deny someone who is legit and genuine for the visa. Even you the officer conducting this interview you are not God you are not angel, how can you just judge everyone base on their appearance, or their body language? You could be in their shoes going for interview for a visa or employment and also feel the same. Sometimes this visa officers act like their decision is final, I can say for a fact there are applicants, who visa officers granted them visas and they are not credible or genuine for the visa and they have also refused some applicants visas who are genuine. You can’t not get it all right to grant someone a visa, that’s why most other countries embassy now normally base on documentation, they verify and authenticate all the documents you submit and when you meet all the requirements you have submitted they make decisions to grant the visa or not to grant the visa. But the US visa interview is like lotteries, if the visa officer don’t even like you he or she can just refused you visa application no matter what you provide to him or her or even you talk nice and convince them, they can still refused you. Getting US visa is lucky. I know someone with major ties where he lives , owns business, have houses 🏠 , married with kids, good financial background, no any criminal records, but they denied him US visa. And I know someone who is student, no employment, but got visa to travel to america for holidays. So to me I think sometimes is also base on luck, and depends who you meet at the counter, sometimes also there is discriminations. We are living in unfair world. There nothing like equality. Is all just lips talks. This causing many illegal immigrants around the world. Other nations can just use their passport but flight ticket and travel, but if you from certain countries you can’t you need scrutiny just to travel to another country. There are poor people in every country not only 3rd world countries. We living in a biased world. No truth and no justices not equality.
All you said is absolutely correct 💯 It is totally wrong for a Visa Officer to deny an applicant's Visa based on intuition or perception of what they think about the applicant. A lot of genuine applicants have been denied their Visa unjustly.
Hello there! Leonel here watching from Cameroon and I have an appointment on the 9th of June. I was admitted into metro state university in MN for an undergraduate program in Finance but I studied international relations in my country and was passionate about finance and due to insecurity I couldn’t complete my previous degree program.
Also, I got my admission to Master of Education in School counseling program in Ohio University for the Fall 2022. I'm a Ghanaian living and working in China and I will be applying for my F1 visa from Beijing, China.
I met my boyfriend online and we want to spend time together to get to know each other more and see if there is a possible future for us. In this situation, applying for a tourist visa seems like it will just raise eyebrows. Honesty is the only option for us and we are afraid it will just invite an automatic denial. Marriage is not a consideration and is definitely not possible right now. We just want to spend time together. Do we just double down on documentation that proves the traveling parties life is in his home country?? An employment letter stating the dates and time of the leave approved, deed/rent agreement, family ties, etc.
Great questions. I don’t know how to guide with this specific situation. Please consult with an immigration attorney or the experts at Argo Visa for help 😃
Since you met him online I hope your boyfriend is real and make sure his background doesn't have any criminal charges. Otherwise you'll face a hard time later.
Sir, Certain Visa Officers (especially the Chinese ones in India as per the experiences of the people) are rejecting for no reason. They are starting with "why this university", people are just starting the answer like this "I have chosen this university because" and at this point interrupted by the VO and without even listening further to the complete answer they are straight away giving 214(b) rejection. I think these officers have been over powered and there is no regulation over them to control and they are misusing it. The higher officials must understand that it's the hard earned money of the students spent to reach till this stage and this is how few officers are so ruthlessly denying the visa for no reason. At midst of quad and in such a volatile Indo-Chinese political relations, I think Indian embassy has to question US on why they have been placing chinese VOs in India. Not all chinese are bad, many are good but the actions of these kind of people spoil the relations and gives rise to many suspects.
@@chaiandcoaching This particular Chinese VO has become too famous on various social media platforms. So, I think social media is definitely a good source to check. The reason for rejection should be clearly stated and an option for the candidate to re-appeal within the current visa period from another VO should be put into action at least.

Greetings of the day! I have applied for M1 visa and my interview is on 21 June. Kindly make a video regarding important things like questions and dress for appearing in the interview. Thanx a lot...
@@chaiandcoaching It sounds odd but the time slot part. The only really different part now is that the officers are overwhelmed with applications. So I need to do what I can to get an appointment and approved before I am expected in ND.
What about someone who had a five year bar over ten years ago. Bar has already been completed outside US and no other complications. They should not have any issues getting their green card now at interview correct
My situation is that i have a customary certificate and i applied for a K1 visa due to the tradition there of it not being a full entire marriage because i have not paid any dowry or have done any ceremonies aside from being introduced to her family. I am hoping that we won't be denied because of this because we've already been approved by USCIS
So in other words, Visa officers sit on their butts and play God. Depending on their mood and/ or relationship with their own spouse that morning before work, they can immediately size up another person, determine and decide another human being’s fate, life outcome, love life, education, income, or freedom of choice or movement. That’s an amazing power they have. I hope someday they are looked at and judged in 2 minutes and denied whatever they want in life.
You 100% correct. They are GODS in whatever consulates they serve. As for reviewing their work (ethics), that will NEVER happen. Period. As far as the United States Government is concerned, they doing you a favor by allowing you to come into USA and that’s basically it. That’s just the way it is and it will not change . Not in the next one hundred years.
@@chaiandcoaching perhaps actually LISTEN to person interviewing for a visa. My girlfriend has tried 4 times to get a visa just to come over and visit. All the while, 3 million illegal aliens are invading our border and given money, education, jobs, businesses. What f’n interest do you have in telling one person attempting a legal visa NO? What, she might be a criminal? She might stay? You don’t give a crap if all these illegals stay? You tell me, Mr big shot visa officer. Aka, god. I pay your salary, by the way.!

Hello, i have B1/B2 visa valid till 2024, my employer filed H1B and my LCA location is A, i completed Dropbox. Got 221G for in-personal interview. I submitted my DS-160 based on client location, i need to travel to my client location for onboarding process and to collect laptop. In Ds-160 i filled my client work location B and LCA was in A. What i need to answer to visa officer during interview?

Hi sir, I submitted my ds-160 about a year ago and i have a visa appointment for next week, however, my job position and earnings have changed. How do I defend this at my interview please?
Can the officer discover my travel history without looking at my passport, knowing that he has a travel history in my last passport?I traveled to Europe a lot but my passport was lost and it was not mentioned in the ds160 form my travel to Europe
Why did you not tell the truth about your previous travel? Being dishonest on your documents can be a big problem. It’s possible they can get that information if they want to research it.

There was a question from someone where his sibling goes to another country for studies. I have a similar question, I and my sibling both want to go to the US, how does it affect us?
👍
It shouldn’t impact you. You both just need to be able to explain your reasons well.

The only problem with Argo visa is the fee. The consultation fee is too expensive.
Maybe… but you get what you pay for. Exceptional service & expertise doesn’t come cheap 😉
The results are worth the price 😃☕️
450$ inexpensive

Sorry, but what is your question?
Can I have a video of a business visa
Sorry what?
What if I write in ds 160 form the point of contact information in the USA different from the address to stay in the USA?
I’m not sure about that, sorry. Please get help from an immigration attorney or the experts at Argo Visa for guidance. 😃

Hi sir,
I submitted my ds-160 about a year ago and i have a visa appointment for next week, however, my job position and earnings have changed. How do I defend this at my interview please?
just communicate that during the interview if it is relevant and helpful
Can the officer discover my travel history without looking at my passport, knowing that he has a travel history in my last passport?I traveled to Europe a lot but my passport was lost and it was not mentioned in the ds160 form my travel to Europe
Why did you not tell the truth about your previous travel? Being dishonest on your documents can be a big problem.
It’s possible they can get that information if they want to research it.
Can I get some of those requirements in summary form
What requirements?
