@@wolfgangfalck1250 I was looking forward to seeing them in Leipzig in 04/2020, then had to re-schedule my expectations for 12/2020. As both shows were cancelled, I got tired, took it as a sign and changed the location for 11/2021.
Let us hope we'll get a chance! ;-)
Any time Sophia Urista is on vocals, we're there. I can only imagine what a great feeling it is playing in this incredibly talented band. One thing many of us are missing is playing live music. This gives us a flavour, and it's a sweet, sweet taste.
That sax speaks to me in a Morphine-like sound! Love it 👌🏻

@@adinastarr65 - These guys have inspired me to do insane things with my brass instruments and my flute, like hooking a distortion pedal up to my trombone or auto tuning my flute and playing "Hide n Seek" by Imogen Heap.
I praise Brass Against all the time, I've always dreamed of knowing enough musicians to do something even slightly as awesome as what they do.

I’m in the UK so I needed a bit of help with the lyrics. There’s a version with the lyrics on the screen and helpful graphics. When I saw the Baptist Church in Birmingham and the reference to Bomingham I got it. (4 children died when the KKK placed a bomb in the room where choristers got changed.) So, we’re referencing the Civil Rights struggle in the 1960’s and by implication today? Feel free to correct me if I’ve got this wrong.
Musically, a bunch of musicians in one studio at the same time, playing actual instruments, kicking up a storm - excellent.
Yes, any reference to Birmingham in an American song is a 1960s civil rights or racial justice reference. Especially if a person of color is singing it.
