I believe you owe on utilities. You might want to take care of it before you get cut off lol.
In my opinion, the bubble mess is from soap or laundry detergent.
I think there is an option for machines with both card and coin.

I'm not sure... it just now released on Steam and they don't have a Discord from what I can tell to get more information. At least not yet.
