Wow - I love the son's playing. He's telling the most interesting stories on that Strat. I could listen to him forever. Looking forward to hearing a lot more!
You go buddy.....amazing bb king ask Johnny shine? Said Johnny where's the new kid in town you son is right behind you we found him, dont let your father down buddy Jr. He has always always always been a part of my blues playing omg amazing love it.
I remember going into the checkerboard lounge many times back in the early 80s and hanging out with Buddy Guy and one day Buddy's wife came in with Greg and he was just a kid and he had no idea who his dad was or his dad's legacy or what his dad was all about and I thought wow wait till he gets older and he starts seeing his dad on TV and knowing who he is and it's a real pleasure for me to be able to watch Greg right now up there on stage with his dad and I'm happy for the both of them. 🙏
Umm.. he's 86 years old. I saw him a few months ago. Still can sing, but didn't play a whole lot except for the usual ending where he goes through the audience. Glad I got to see him perhaps one last time.
Buddy's son is good, but his guitar tone needs to be adjusted. He needs to add some effects, bass, treble, the middle and gain needs to be adjusted also. He could use a little reverb and delay as well. His sound is very mono-tone.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Buddy play a few times. Such a pleasure. Now a new Guy to follow.
Genial ese blus
Still one of the greatest on those six strings -- wonderful stuff!¡!
Fabuloso Buddy....que pedazo de guitarrista y showman...pocos como el...no es el mejor no hay mejor...todos fantasticos..
Confusing comment 😵💫

Living Legend!! 👏❤ And well done Greg!! 👊
How old is "j r"?
You just hope he goes on forever!
The bassist is very good, he's perfect
The last time I saw Buddy Guy live it was with Lonnie Brooke, Eric Johnson and BB King. He was clearly the best guitarist on that stage.
bbking quit it!

That was a moment. Awesome.
Thanks for this. I saw Buddy 3/17/22. What a legend. GOAT
He is the blues master
I love when children follow their parents musical journey. Biggest complaint ever.
Oh well Clapton, you emulate masters for master status show some respect! Father and son! Beyond beautiful! MAGICAL! Icons!😎
that right there might be the most ignorant post I've seen in a long time, thanks Tom. Truly clueless when it comes to artists
Budy and I have something in common both born July 30th. Henry Ford as well.
Yeah ❤!
The best!!
Love buddy guy didn't know he had a son❤
I am Groot, Groot likes this music, Groot is happy now.
This has the same vibe as watching Edward Van Halen and Wolfgang onstage for the first time. 👍🔥
the apple didn't fall too far from the tree 🤠... ✌️ rock on
Awesome
Yes GAWD
Not as crisp/clear as Dad…yet
Buddy been fan since Chess but could you make a cd without famous guest fingers and just be yourself?

not bad kid, but the old man is the master.

BG Jr, (:
If he wasn't Buddy's son he'd get a lot less latitude on here - he's really not that great!
not yet, give him some years so his sound can marinate
Nobody said he was great. He is Buddy’s son playing with his daddy.

Can u do better?
