Really great and educational video! However one of the biggest reasons you make so much money today is because you initially invested in editors and other staff to maximise for views, thus growing your channel. The fact that you already had such a big and loyal audience is what made you reach #1 in Skool. Even if this new business filosofi probably is very effective, I still think that growing an audience first and then selling product (like you’ve done) is very effective as well
You're right but building an offer first gives you more clarity and direction on what content/audience you want to grow - if you for example, teach high-value skills or have a high ticket offer, you only need a couple of thousand business owners to watch your content. No matter how you spin it, if you know where you intend to go with your offer from day one - why not treat your YT channel as a business?
Amazing advice. I have this UA-cam channel on History documentaries, and I used to make stupid "funny" (not that much) content before. That was not my passion, and was only doing it for the subs. Now, I have my soul aligned with the purpose of the channel. History is my passion, and therefore, this is my niche and way to go. If it costs me thousands of subs, it will get me loyal subs who will be willing to buy my products (also related to History and Philosophy). Hamza, you were a main inspiration in my journey.
Been loving your content recently bro. Would be helpful if you could make a video on How to Create the Product you want to sell to the audience. Much love bro
I have a question: my friend and I are working on a high-quality product in the form of a niche-type game. It's basically a rhythm/fighting game fused into one. Although it has been done before, the platform which we're making it for has not seen this niche. My problem is that at the moment I cannot sell the game because it is not complete. Should I only focus on finishing the product or should I develop some other game to get some income flowing in a little? I know passive income is a bad idea, but I feel like it might be useful to get the boat rowing. Much love.
While video. When I get rich enough to get into his community. I will speak to him personally and hopefully learn and make an even bigger realization than I ever have. First time I have ever commented on one of his videos and welll worth it. All I gotta say is 👋
An awesome idea would be if you made a video on making 10k/month in 30 days, just by applying everything you've learned. That would be a powerful example for everyone who watches you, and to the new audience that you'd inevitably attract. The 10k a month is an example, because not everyone could actually do that, but Hamza, I'd bet you're up for the challenge.
Its a win/win, for hamza and for us. It's free so it reaches a large audience, which in turn funnels more people to buy his adonis school course. Him making this video free actually makes him more money. But I ain't complaining, these videos are gold
