The aspect of this house that most fascinates me is the fact that WW is actually houses. I am very curious about the transition. There is a floor plan in this video that gave us a tiny nibble of that space between the two houses. We can see on the floor plan areas labelled the Chapel, Stone and Basin courts. I would really like to see a video that highlights and explains in greater detail these transition spaces between between the two structures. It would be nice to see the transition spaces in the interior as well. Thanks for your consideration.
This is a great idea and we haven't done a video on these spaces before. Keep watching the channel and we'll bring you a video that looks at these spaces later this year.
I have seen rooms in full decay, and others in full splendor... and my minds eye can see each in reverse - seeing the decay in its splendor, and the splendor in its decay. And no matter what, I see the beauty in all of it. Thank you for sharing ALL of Wentworth, no matter the state of the room!
This was beautiful and so interesting. I appreciate the , well-studied explanations of the different types of wall coverings and the work being done to preserve them. I loved the close-ups of the different patterns. Just exquisite. Those wood ducks caught my eye in the thumbnail. I'll be subscribing, and checking out your other offerings.
A really informative video that shows you the rooms you don't normally see when visiting Wentworth Woodhouse. Now, can you spot which of the rooms featured in this video were used in the filming of the Netflix TV series "Bodies"? I counted three.

This was a wonderful & informative video. It's interesting to see that the tapestry bedroom had a harpsichord in it. I wonder who played it.

I have always been curious about the heights of the ceilings on the principal floor and the ground floor. Can you please tell me what they are?
