The property is for business purpose only so this property this beachfront is for businesses you can build a bar and grill you know places for people to come and rest while they are you know enjoying the beachfront but it's not for people to live on the property from what the brother said so this property is for business purposes only and the reason why is because they are afraid that if want to do come and somebody's in the bed sleep they may you know lose their life will get hurt in the process of it so it's for business purposes only and what I suggest for the businesses I will build it off the ground they also have Engineers that can build floatable devices under the property so the property with detached and float away now you also have properties residential commercial that can rise up above the ground they actually lift up these are being done in different parts of the world where there is flooding but if this is just going to be a beachfront and for people to you know have little pieces for the tourists and people coming then yeah you know you can put a structure there if you get damaged it's not going to really be a big problem you know cuz you just rebuild it up that's why you build on properties like that that they have an issue with flooding or anything that would cause major damage you build something that if it did get damaged you can rebuild are you doing something that is sturdy enough to withstand you know the conditions of the weather all in all it is still a good investment

Do not waste your time. You cannot lease land in order to build a house in Tanzania, as a foreigner. You can lease land for commercial purposes. However, if you use that land for disallowed purposes, the president, who is the primary custodian of all Tanzanian land cant take it away from you.

Most areas around the world where major pipelines are installed. It tends to be more commercial enterprises to assist in the transition of the oil.
Its a nice looking area but I personally wouldn't want to build residential around an oil pipeline. If there is one oil spill the value of that area drops astronomically.
Also if they put refineries around the area as well the residential cost will drop.
