You can pass it no problem
Few choose to join the Imperial Guard.
Selection and choice may vary from planet to planet. According to each culture. Some are more willing and elite than others. But for most of the guards, they are subject to a tithe. Aka planets are only asked to provide a certain number of men and women without demand for training or equipement.
Ofc. Some planets such as krieg provide entire armies fully trained and equipped. But others just provide untrained conscripts, or even penal legions of criminals or forcefully enlisted civilians.
As for krieg, there is a mistake. They are not forced to give entire regiments. They do it on their own will.

i was born in the Balkans a region where fighting for thousands of years has been the norm so if i started to train and i got my physical health issues i could train and pass, we got wars with neighbors xenophobia and invasions on a daily basis.
Agreed whilst knives and pointy sticks are excellent at keeping the horses at bay

Plus it might be a shock seeing tanks that can hover or the brutality of a Tyranid swarm when the most advanced bit of technology they’ve seen is a windmill 😂
None of them. The departmento munitirium has terrible logistics abilities and you cannot eat faith or will power
