Try putting a sea fishing bead in front of your double knot it lets the snare swivel much better on the eye of the tealer. In total agreement about the book and dvd pure gold. Good video .......Cheers
Used to love snaring rabbits, but none around here. Delighted you mentioned using bailing twine. Best stuff for rabbit snares. Those two men are the best of the best, when it comes to snaring/trapping, and know each other very well. I have met neither, but both have sent me gear just out of the goodness of their hearts.
