Hi, the method is not working anymore, the Authorization software has changed and tuya doesn't reply by email with tokens anymore. is there any new solution, I got a free liscnece and got a token after a couple of days but yet the token is failing to authorize using the independent auth tool getting an error (enter test mode fail!).
Can I do this only using Node MCU?

yes sir it is possible but i would suggest buy a tuya module, it is easier that way.
the answer of electronic "guru" is just self-marketing. You can use any ESP32-module or any ESP8266-module to do this

well not sure, my case was different, on other hand i shared the firmware you can burn directly in description so you don't have to go through all the trouble.

yeah you do, but here is a trick when you download the library it will have a token in example you can actually use that one.
